In the last three weeks, I visited more than 60 schools. The general feeling is that education is developing and progressing, but the school management is still too extensive and not detailed enough. Some rural schools are complacent and do not seek progress; Some county schools are arrogant and ignorant.

In short, there is a lack of refined management.

What is refined management?

"Fine" can be understood as excellent; "Fine" can be explained more specifically. The most basic feature of refined management is to pay attention to details, process, implementation, quality and effect, to do everything well, and strive for perfection in every detail.

To carry out refined management, we must first solve ideological problems. Fine management is not shouting slogans, singing high-profile, showing off and joining in the fun.

Secondly, we should start from a small place and achieve "small things and fine things." First, start with the demand. The more specific things, the more conducive to operation and refined management. The second is to start with standard procedures. The establishment of norms and procedures is not only well-founded, but also busy but not chaotic, which is convenient for getting things done. Sometimes it's slower, but the quality is higher. The third is to proceed from the plan. It's one thing to do things without a plan and it's unrealistic to plan, and it's another thing not to carry out the plan. Therefore, it is the primary task of refined management to make the plan "sound, realistic and practical". The fourth is to start with links. Interlocking, not letting go of one ring, and not bad one ring is the key to refined management. The fifth is to start from the classroom. Classroom is the main channel of education and teaching. With refined classroom management, the quality of education and teaching will be greatly improved. Sixth, starting with assessment, rewards and punishments, no matter where the school arranges its work, it should follow assessment, rewards and punishments to promote the formation of refined management. Seventh, we should start with the problem. If there is a problem, study it there and solve it there, so as not to block the way of management, and not to go on or go deep.

The third is to make plans and gradually advance. The first step is to improve various systems and formulate practical and operable systems in combination with the actual situation of the school. The system is widely promoted from the internet, but it is not feasible and not suitable for the actual situation of the school. Must be re-examined, one by one. The second step is to formulate operational assessment rules, otherwise the system will become a dead letter. The third step is to pay attention to process management and implement every detail, which is the key to refined management. The fourth step is to honor rewards and punishments, improve various systems and assessment rules, and make the development of the school enter a virtuous circle.

The above three items are more complicated, to put it simply:

Second, innovation is reflected in the details. For example, everyone's exercises between classes are broadcast gymnastics, and you add a rhythmic exercise that students like after broadcast gymnastics, which is innovation.
