Community health assessment is highlighted in the following four aspects:
1, focusing on health promotion and maintenance-the main goal of community nursing is to promote and maintain people's health, so preventive service is the focus of community nursing.
2. For the whole community-the nursing object is the whole community, including healthy people and sick people.
3. Community nurses have a high degree of autonomy-in the process of community nursing, community nurses often have to go deep into the family to carry out various kinds of nursing alone, so they are required to have strong independent working ability and a high degree of autonomy.
4. Community nurses must cooperate closely with other related personnel-the content and object of community nursing determine that community nurses should cooperate closely not only with medical staff, but also with community residents, community managers and other related personnel.
