Taizhou Education Bureau recently issued a notice to deploy the epidemic prevention and control work of the city's education system on New Year's Day, Spring Festival and winter vacation in 2022 to fully protect the health and life safety of teachers and students, and resolutely guard the campus defense line for epidemic prevention and control. The main contents of the notice are hereby issued as follows:

First, scientifically and accurately organize school holidays.

Schools around the country should make proper arrangements for school holidays according to the epidemic situation and territorial policies, and coordinate various factors such as the distribution of schools, teachers and students. Schools with normalized epidemic prevention and control can arrange holiday time normally according to the teaching plan. Once the school is in the emergency response area or prevention and control period of epidemic prevention and control, the teaching plan and final exam can be adjusted appropriately according to the prevention and control requirements, and the holiday time can be advanced or postponed. Adhere to the combination of epidemic normalization prevention and control and emergency response, strengthen accurate judgment, scientific planning and overall arrangement, and implement campus control, key prevention and control, emergency response, service guarantee and supervision and inspection.

Second, guide the safe and orderly flow of teachers and students.

Schools should do a good job in the registration and management of teachers and students staying in or leaving school according to the "two festivals" and different periods of winter vacation. In accordance with the principles of "one place, one policy", "one school, one policy" and "early, wrong time and wrong peak", organize school-leaving students to leave school in an orderly manner in batches, and do a good job of "one person, one file" in the information account of school-leaving students to ensure the orderly flow of teachers and students. Schools around the country should fully grasp the information of teachers, students and employees going out on weekends and holidays, strictly restrict teachers, students and employees from going to high-risk areas and counties, avoid going to other counties in cities where high-risk areas are located unless necessary, and try not to travel across provinces. If it is really necessary to go out of the province, the system of filing out of the province and the system of canceling the report afterwards shall be strictly implemented.

Third, strictly strengthen the management and control of holiday campus.

Campus closed management, temporarily closed to the public, irrelevant personnel and vehicles are not allowed to enter the school. If it is really necessary to enter the school, the system of "temperature measurement, registration, bright health code and boarding code" should be strictly implemented. During the "two festivals" and winter vacation, according to the actual situation of the campus, the smallest unit grid management should be implemented as much as possible. Comprehensive and meticulous implementation of "one case, eight systems", "people", "things" and the environment, multi-disease prevention and control measures on campus. Further improve the centralized supervision mechanism of cold chain food imported by schools, so that the source can be controlled, the whole process can be traced, documented and managed in a closed loop. Strictly implement the campus epidemic prevention responsibility system, strictly investigate the shortcomings, rectify them in time, and plug possible loopholes.

Fourth, plan the spring school schedule in advance.

Schools all over the country should scientifically formulate school-starting plans in accordance with the principles of "one place, one policy", "one school, one policy" and "wrong district, wrong grade and wrong peak". Strengthen the health monitoring of teachers and students. Investigate the health status and activity track of teachers and students in an all-round way, and require teachers and students to measure their body temperature every day before the start of school 14 days, record their health status and activity track and report to the school truthfully. Schools should strengthen material reserves, formulate and improve the implementation measures for starting school, improve various systems such as campus epidemic prevention and control, health management, and actively create conditions for starting school. Those who do not meet the requirements may not start school. It is necessary to coordinate local health and disease control, public security and other departments in advance, implement campus prevention and control measures, and ensure the safe and smooth start of school in spring.
