What is the significance and value of children's mental health education?
Nowadays, with the improvement of living standards, children's physical health has been paid attention to, but children's mental health problems are often ignored. Children's mental health education is not only the responsibility of kindergartens, but also the responsibility of families and society. As kindergarten teachers, we should realize that healthy psychology is not only the need of children's intellectual development and healthy growth, but also the necessary quality for children's future survival and development. The improvement of children's quality is first of all the improvement of psychological quality. Therefore, children's mental health education is the foundation of basic education, the necessary condition of personality perfection and the top priority of quality education. In my opinion, as a kindergarten teacher, we should focus on the following aspects. 1. Love and care for children

Bing Xin once said, "With love, there is everything." Love has very rich connotations, such as warmth, care, relief, support, trust, return, praise and so on. Teachers' love and care give children confidence and hope, and make them feel warm and happy. For example, giving timid children more performance opportunities, more waiting and more encouragement will enhance their self-confidence and self-expression ability, give naughty children more patient conversation, or a gentle touch and hug, or often give him a thumbs-up, affirm his advantages and gently point out his shortcomings, which will make naughty children feel confident from the bottom of their hearts and urge them to change their shortcomings and work hard in a better direction. Although this is a trivial effort, it can make children feel the care of teachers and love them more. A good relationship between teachers and children can make children feel warm and happy in the group, form a sense of security and trust, and thus enhance their enthusiasm for learning. 2. Respect and trust children Only those who respect and trust others can win the respect and trust of others. As a teacher, we should first respect the individual differences of children, for example, some children are smart and some children are slow; Some children are warm and generous, good at words, some are withdrawn and silent, some are lively and agile, and like singing and dancing? Every child is born with different qualities because they come from different families and living environments. Teachers should understand the root of children's differences, treat children equally, teach students in accordance with their aptitude, give each child appropriate space and create more opportunities for performance. At the same time, we should communicate with their parents, cooperate with their families to educate them consistently, analyze and judge correctly, guide different children scientifically and effectively, and promote the coordinated development of their bodies and minds.

3. Give children more affirmation and praise.

Professor Isabella Chow, the home of appreciation education, once said, "In this world, every life is unique. Trees have the beauty of trees, flowers have the beauty of flowers and grass has the beauty of grass. " As a teacher, he is good at discovering children's bright spots, first affirming and praising their advantages, and then gently pointing out their shortcomings and the direction of their efforts, so that children will be willing to accept and develop in a better direction. For example, Qian Xin Cheng, a child in my class, is smart, lively and helpful, but he is anticlimactic and lacks persistence and perseverance. For example, when drawing, I draw very well, but I have no patience when coloring, and I just scribble two strokes and so on. In view of this situation, I just adopted the above method, affirming and praising his advantages first, and then putting forward hope. As a result, Qian Xincheng quickly corrected his shortcomings and made great progress in painting. Every child is an unpolished grass. Whether he can become jade depends on how you carve him.

4. Carry out more colorful educational activities.

Integrating mental health education into the daily life of kindergartens, such as stimulating children's curiosity, thirst for knowledge and exploration spirit through science classes, cultivating children's persistence, patience, courage and perseverance through sports games, guiding children to care about society through social classes, being willing to communicate with people, having a positive attitude towards life, tapping children's potential through role games, cultivating children's communication ability and problem-solving ability, and giving full play to children's subjectivity, autonomy and initiative, will help children's physical and mental health development.

Based on my own educational experience, I talk about how kindergartens, families and society can create a good mental health education environment and cultivate and maintain children's mental health education. In teaching, teachers should attach importance to the early mental health education of children, and kindergarten teachers should play their role in the mental health education of children.

First, as a kindergarten teacher, we should strengthen mental health care, improve psychological quality and influence children with healthy personality. If the teacher is eccentric, grumpy, changeable and paranoid, it may cause children's psychological tension, which is not conducive to their mental health. It can be said that the healthy personality of preschool teachers is the guarantee to maintain and improve children's mental health.

Second, pay attention to the subtle influence of teachers' words and deeds on children's personality development. For young children, teachers should pay special attention to their words and deeds, because a casual conversation and an careless mistake will all become important factors affecting children's personality development.

Third, pay attention to the infiltration of mental health education in the daily life of kindergartens. Kindergarten teachers should create a warm, caring and democratic psychological atmosphere for their children from the moment they enter the park in the morning. This requires teachers to unconditionally love children, whether beautiful or ugly, whether smart or stupid, fully accept and respect children and avoid favoritism.

Fourthly, children's mental health education should be closely coordinated with the cultivation and education of children's sociality. In kindergarten, letting children learn to get along with others and develop cooperative behavior can lay a good foundation for children to adapt to social life in the future.

In kindergartens, teachers are the main body of children's mental health education. Teachers are guides, supporters and collaborators. Teachers' words and deeds will have a profound impact on children's psychology. Teachers' attitudes and emotions directly affect children's psychological changes. If the teacher is in a good mood, he will show more care and patience to the children accordingly, leaving the impression that the teacher cares and cares for them, and they also like the teacher. The impact on children is that if the teacher is in a bad mood, shows a bad temper, is impatient with children, and easily loses his temper, children feel that the teacher is terrible psychologically and the teacher is very annoying, so that children are alienated from the teacher psychologically and behaviorally, which will have a negative and indifferent impact on children, thus affecting the establishment of friendly interpersonal relationships between children. Therefore, as a teacher, we should always pay attention to our words and deeds, adjust our mentality and keep a happy mood to work, which is the premise of children's mental health development.
