Internal organization:

Office:

Responsible for the comprehensive coordination of important party affairs, government affairs and bureau affairs; Responsible for drafting the work plan of the Education Bureau, summarizing and synthesizing relevant written materials; Responsible for the organization and arrangement of Party committees, executive meetings, director's office meetings, bureau-level important meetings and the supervision of matters agreed at the meetings; Responsible for the supervision of important matters assigned by superior departments and bureau leaders.

Organize and coordinate the supervision, summary and reporting of various targets issued by the National Target Office; Responsible for secretarial, confidential, archives, letters and visits, confidentiality, security, information and logistics management; Responsible for overall management, external publicity and open government affairs; Responsible for organizing the compilation of educational yearbooks and educational records; Responsible for handling NPC proposal and CPPCC proposal; Responsible for rejuvenating the country through science and education.

Policies and regulations scientific research management office:

To be responsible for the research on the comprehensive reform and development strategy of national education and conduct policy research on major issues; Planning and drafting local education laws, regulations and policies; Responsible for the legal publicity, education administrative law enforcement supervision and administrative reconsideration of the national education department. The Office of the National Leading Group for Educational Science Planning is located in the Policy and Regulation Research Management Office, which is in charge of the national educational science research; Responsible for learning management.

The Office of the State Language Commission is the office of the State Language Commission, which is located in the State Education Bureau and co-located with the Policy and Regulation Research and Management Office. The main responsibilities are: to implement the principles, policies and regulations of the national language and writing work, formulate the national language and writing work plan and implementation measures, and conduct macro management and guidance on the language and writing work of all walks of life in the country.

Personnel department:

Responsible for personnel management, teacher rotation, commendation, rewards and punishments, and personnel management system reform in the national education system; Responsible for teacher qualification certification; To be responsible for the appointment, removal and filing of departmental level cadres of bureaus and directly affiliated units; Responsible for the adjustment and management of the establishment of ethnic primary and secondary schools; Responsible for the employment guidance of graduates from normal universities; Directly manage the recruitment and flow procedures of the Education Bureau and the primary and secondary school staff directly under it; Responsible for the management of teachers' award foundation; Responsible for the intellectual work and expert management of the education system.

Finance department:

To formulate relevant policies and regulations on the management and financing of education funds in conjunction with relevant departments; Statistics and monitoring the implementation of national education funds and plans; To manage and supervise the use of various special funds allocated by the state, the province and the state, as well as education loans, education fund-raising, donations, teacher incentive funds and other projects; Manage the use of special funds issued by the state finance department; Overall management of education funds.

Additional: Be responsible for formulating the charging standards for educational undertakings in conjunction with relevant departments, and cooperate with relevant departments to strengthen charging management; Responsible for the preparation of the annual budget and final accounts of the bureau and its affiliated institutions; Responsible for the management, supervision and inspection of financial and state-owned assets of subordinate units.

The Department of Higher Adult Vocational Education is responsible for managing and guiding national vocational education, adult education and coordinating national higher education. To formulate development plans for vocational education and community education, and organize and guide their implementation; Responsible for vocational education school enrollment and employment guidance, student status management, professional setting and skill assessment and acceptance.

Guide the education and teaching of vocational schools together with the Vocational Education Research Department of National Research Institute; Guide and organize the implementation of national community education; Responsible for the policy formulation, approval and management of private non-academic education; Formulate evaluation standards for vocational education and private non-academic education, and be responsible for the evaluation and quality control of the above schools.
