Latest regulations on continuing education of first-class builders
The latest regulations on continuing education for first-class builders are as follows:

In June, 20021,the general office of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development issued a notice: starting from August, Fujian, Hebei, Henan and other provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) will start the first-class electronic certificate of construction engineer and continue to register.

Scope of implementation: 15 Hebei, Heilongjiang, Jiangsu, Anhui, Fujian, Jiangxi, Shandong, Henan, Guangdong, Chongqing, Sichuan, Yunnan, Shaanxi, Qinghai, Xinjiang and other provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities).

Training process: registration and login-selecting training majors and hours-paying training fees-selecting courses-printing learning certificates.

Training hours: the main item 120 hours (60 hours for elective courses and 60 hours for compulsory courses) and 60 hours for additional items. Students can choose their own majors and hours to participate in the training.

Interim provisions on the qualification system for construction engineers

Article 6 The examination system of unified outline, unified proposition and unified organization shall be implemented for the qualification of first-class construction engineer, which shall be jointly organized and implemented by the Ministry of Personnel and the Ministry of Construction. The exam is held once a year in principle.

Article 7 The Ministry of Construction shall be responsible for compiling the outline of the first-class constructor qualification examination and organizing the proposition work, and uniformly planning the constructor qualification training and other related work.

Training shall be conducted in accordance with the principle of separation of training and examination and voluntary participation.

1. If the validity period of the registered major has expired, an application for renewal of registration shall be submitted before June 30, 20021year (see Annex 3 for the specific process). 2. Those who apply for renewal of registration shall meet the requirements of continuing education and promise to complete continuing education.

3. The period of validity of the registered major granted renewal of registration shall be counted from the date of granting renewal of registration. If it is less than 3 years from the date of granting renewal of registration to the age of 65, it will be valid until the age of 65.
