First, the family is the child's first school, parents are the child's first teacher, and parents' virtue is the child's role model. Because the child's heart is like clear water, crystal clear, and can't penetrate any bad dross, parents' words and deeds will be heard by the child, so parents, as the first teachers, should be virtuous and excellent, and give their children a subtle driving role.
1. Parents should cultivate their children's virtue first. It is precisely because parents' virtue, every move and smile will affect and edify their children's behavior, so parents should first strengthen their own conduct and literacy. Always educate children not to take other people's things, give them to teachers when they find things that don't belong to them, know how to care for, love and help others, and be charitable and helpful.
Parents should educate their children to be polite, to use civilized language, to treat people and things, and to get along with others. For example, when you meet teachers, classmates, uncles, aunts, grandfathers, grandmothers, brothers and sisters, you should say goodbye to others and say "thank you" when others help you. Take the initiative to admit your mistakes when you do something wrong, apologize and say "I'm sorry", and smile when you get along with people. In the process of daily study and life, we should abide by all kinds of rules, and our actions should not interfere with or affect the study and life of others.
3. Guide children to know things and distinguish between right and wrong. Society is a complex polyhedron. Parents should tell their children that good things can be done and bad things can't be done. Those are good things and those are bad things. In short, they should do more things that are beneficial to others, the collective and the society.
Second, cultivate children's good habits. Bacon said: "Habit is a tenacious force, which can dominate a person's life." Habit is an inertia and an energy accumulation. Behavior forms habit, habit forms character, and character determines fate. The formation of good habits needs long-term cultivation. The ancients said that "it is difficult to know, it is difficult to do, it is difficult to do, and it is difficult to end", which shows the true meaning of forming good habits and also reflects good behavior. It includes living habits, study habits, hygiene habits, language habits, labor habits and so on.
1. Living habits. Parents should guide their children to develop good living habits and laws, including eating, drinking and sleeping on time. It is understandable that children are picky eaters, but parents should explain the disadvantages of partial eclipse to their children. If long-term partial eclipse will be harmful to their physical development, they should also ensure their children's food intake. They are not easy to digest if they eat too much, and they are easy to get hungry if they eat too little, which requires parents and teachers to grasp the food distribution. Also ask children how many glasses of water they drink a day and what role water plays. Sleeping is a way to rest after a day's work. If you don't sleep well or have enough sleep time, it will affect your child's physical development, study and life. Therefore, we will let your child sleep at 8: 30-9: 00 every night, and correct the child's unsightly or bad sleep, so that the child can completely relax and rest during sleep. Due to the temperature difference at different times of the day, parents and teachers should pay attention to their children's performance, because children can't express the degree of heat and cold and their immunity is poor. Children's clothes should be changed at any time, not too hot or too cold, or they may catch a cold.
2. Hygienic habits. Good hygiene habits are beneficial to children's health, including personal hygiene and public hygiene. Children's clothes should be neat and decent, their nails should be cut frequently, their faces should be clean and quiet, their schoolbags and household utensils should be clean, and children should be taught to wash their hands before and after meals and change clothes frequently every day. Don't throw rubbish, articles and spit in public places.
3. Work habits. The reason why people are human is because labor creates people's wisdom. At the same time, labor can also cultivate people's tenacity and perseverance. Therefore, we often educate our children to do what they can, such as their own toys, cars, books, shoes and other items. Children should try to take care of their daily diet, but adults should maintain safety and help when necessary.
4. Language habits. As an intermediary between thinking and the outside world, language is an important medium for people to contact with the outside world and a realistic communication activity based on social practice. It always depends on the subject's practice and social interaction to exist and develop. Parents should fully cultivate their children's language expression and communication skills. I think we should guide and train them from two aspects: obedience and speaking. For example, parents should enrich their children's daily life experience, communicate with their children more, and at the same time pay attention to accumulating their vocabulary, so as to create a relaxed atmosphere for their children to have something to say and dare to say. At the same time, we should also educate children not to interrupt others at will, and listen to others' opinions carefully and exercise reasonable restraint.
Third, children's learning and skills development. Children's learning and education, because of the limitations of age and acceptance, has its particularity. To cultivate children's learning ability, I think we should start from the following aspects.
1. Cultivate children's interest in learning and let them enjoy happiness. Some people say that interest is the best teacher. Because children are young and naturally fond of playing, parents should guide their children to cultivate their interest in learning purposefully and step by step, such as watching some pictures with words and playing some number games. What are the themes and functions of these pictures and games? These contents should be told to children, so that children can learn knowledge and get happiness from them. At the same time, children are unfamiliar with people or things in society, and many of them don't know them. Therefore, in daily life, parents should show their children the things around them or things they encounter, their names, their functions, etc., so as to increase their knowledge reserves. I don't think children should be given learning tasks and pressures at this stage, let alone spoon-feeding teaching, nor should they be treated according to the educational model of primary schools, otherwise it will play the role of "extremes meet, and it will be fun", but should cultivate children's interest in learning and let them enjoy the process.
2. Cultivate children's learning ideas and habits. People's actions are dominated by their own ideas and habits, so it is particularly important to cultivate children's study habits. If children want to study actively, parents should set an example and often read books in front of them. Over time, children will also be infected. At the same time, parents should also instill in their children the benefits of learning cultural knowledge and let them have a perceptual understanding.
3. Give children more encouragement, more praise and less criticism. Because children are young and have limited acceptance, if there are shortcomings in the process of learning or playing, don't scold or criticize. They should calmly point out shortcomings or any harm and help them correct their mistakes. When children do or do something right, they should be encouraged and praised to increase their self-confidence. In short, we should praise more and criticize less, so that children can always wander in the atmosphere of praise and self-confidence.
Fourth, the safety of children. Children's safety and study life should be the top priority. At this stage, I think the security problem is more serious. Because children are young and naturally fond of playing, they feel fresh and curious about what is interesting, and they don't know if there is any danger, so parents and teachers should always pay attention to their safety when playing. In fact, my daughter's safety has always worried me. When I was one or two years old, because my aunt was careless, my daughter bumped into the coffee table while playing, leaving a scar on her forehead, which still makes me regret it. When our daughter is at home, we often tell her what not to play, what not to touch and what not to climb. For example, you must never play with sharp tools such as knives and scissors, touch electric eyes, wooden boards and water bottles, climb tables and chairs, go to the toilet, go up and down stairs, play with pulleys, cross the road and have adults around you in public places. Especially now is winter, children wear more clothes, and it is not convenient to move, so parents or teachers must help them when they go to the toilet. In short, children's safety must be mentioned in the important agenda, and the proverbs and importance of safety should not be underestimated, otherwise the consequences will be unimaginable and the responsibility will be at your own risk. Laozi once said that "great things in the world must be done in detail, and difficult things in the world must be done easily." As long as we carefully maintain, prevent all kinds of safety hazards in advance and plan ahead, the safety of children is guaranteed.
Fifth, the relationship between kindergarten and family. Family is the first school for children, and parents, as the first teachers, mainly focus on moral and behavioral education, while kindergarten is the first school for children to acquire scientific knowledge, develop intelligence and cultivate skills, and teachers are the disseminators of children's cultural knowledge and skills. Therefore, kindergartens and families should always keep in touch and interact, and often give feedback and exchange information. They are like two wheels of a car, and they can't be immune to each other. Without one, they will lose their balance and stability. Parents should report their children's life, rest and study at home to the teacher, and then the teacher will give feedback to the parents about their children's study, life and safety that day. The two sides will interact for a long time and get a glimpse of the clues, so as to guide the children to develop in a good direction with targeted and purposeful education, which can play the role of a stone from other mountains and attack jade.
What has been said above shows that our parents are eager for their children's successful and healthy growth and expect their children to be safe and happy. In fact, children's success and growth is a systematic project, involving all aspects, including the education and influence of family, school and society. In any case, teachers and parents are well-intentioned, and ultimately everything is for the growth of children. In today's society, the competition is extremely fierce. Parents are busy with work and hard work, and they don't have much time and energy to coach or educate their children to learn. So I want to thank the school and teachers for providing an elegant and warm environment for my daughter to live, study and play. At the same time, I also want to thank them for their meticulous care, care and consideration in life. Finally, I want to thank them for their kindness. I hope my daughter will inherit the fine tradition of kindergarten and become a smart, sensible, obedient, hard-working, safe, healthy and all-round student under the training of the school and teachers.
