Chongqing Vocational College of Water Conservancy and Electric Power (hereinafter referred to as Chongqing Vocational College of Hydropower) is a public full-time ordinary college approved by Chongqing Municipal People's Government and filed by the Ministry of Education. Another feature of water is modesty. Water is not too low-lying, trickling, and finally it can be merged into rivers, lakes and seas. "Human nature is good, and water is still under it. People don't lack water (Mencius Gao Zi Shang), and "Being full is harmful, while being modest is beneficial" (Yi). A gentleman is first in the world, but not for himself. The sages used this as a metaphor for the greatness of the moral journey.
