Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 In order to select freshmen who meet the training requirements of ordinary secondary specialized art schools and better train all kinds of artistic talents needed by China's cultural construction and social development, these provisions are formulated in accordance with the Interim Provisions on Enrollment of Ordinary Secondary Specialized Schools. Article 2 The enrollment of ordinary secondary specialized art schools shall adhere to the principle of paying equal attention to both professional and cultural examinations, and implement the principles of comprehensive assessment of morality, intelligence and physique, merit-based admission and fairness and justice, and select all kinds of artistic talents. Article 3 Ordinary secondary specialized art schools shall implement separate and early entrance examinations. Chapter II Registration Article 4 Candidates shall meet the following conditions for registration:

(a) support the party's basic line, love the motherland, abide by the law, and be determined to study hard for the construction of socialist culture;

(2) Students or graduates of ordinary middle schools under the age of 18. Some art categories such as drama, dance, music, acrobatics, etc. Requirements/kloc-ordinary primary school students or graduates under the age of 0/3, with young talents in performance and performance. Basic music theory, Quyi creation, education and other majors, ordinary junior high school graduates under the age of 20. The age of those with outstanding professional achievements can be appropriately relaxed;

(3) Being in good health and meeting the requirements of learning art Article 5 The following persons are not allowed to enter the examination:

Students from ordinary secondary specialized schools and technical schools;

(two) students who have been expelled from school, ordered to drop out of school and suspended from school for less than 2 years without justifiable reasons;

(3) Candidates who took the entrance examination in the previous year and were disqualified from the entrance examination or the entrance examination because of fraud. Article 6 The registration time starts from the beginning of March each year. The specific date is announced by the enrollment school in the enrollment brochure, and reported to the competent departments of enrollment of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government. Seventh candidates must hold the school (unit, street office) certificate to register at the registration point set up by the school.

Schools that recruit students from overseas Chinese, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan provinces may apply to the embassy or consulate of China or relevant institutions in the country (region) where they are located, and can only be registered in the school after being approved to enter the country with a visa. Chapter III Ideological and Moral Assessment and Physical Health Examination Article 8 The ideological and moral assessment shall be carried out in accordance with Articles 7, 8 and 9 of Chapter III of the Interim Provisions on Enrollment of General Secondary Specialized Schools issued by the State Education Commission.

The admissions school is responsible for the ideological and moral assessment of candidates and the formation of candidates' files. Chapter IV Examinations Article 10 Professional examinations shall be organized and implemented by the enrollment schools in accordance with relevant regulations. The specific examination subjects are determined by the admissions school. According to the needs of different majors, professional examination methods are generally divided into interview and written examination.

The professional examination time is determined by the enrollment school, and the inter-provincial enrollment school will end before April 30 at the latest. Candidates' scores are collectively assessed by the examination team or the selection committee, and audited by the school admissions office. The evaluation and audit work should be fair and accurate. Where conditions permit, the standardization and standardization of professional examinations should be gradually realized. Eleventh candidates should pass professional examinations and cultural examinations. The cultural examination is organized by the following schools or competent departments:

The enrollment of primary school students and junior high school students shall be organized and implemented by the school or the competent department of the school according to the relevant provisions of the state and local education departments and the teaching requirements of different stages of general education. Among them, primary school students' examination subjects are: Chinese, mathematics; Junior high school students' examination subjects are: politics, Chinese, mathematics and foreign languages. The examination papers shall be uniformly reviewed by the examination committee organized by the enrollment school or the school competent department. When grading, we should correctly grasp the grading standards to ensure the quality of grading.

Schools that recruit primary and junior high school students should meet the relevant requirements stipulated in the Compulsory Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC).

To recruit junior and senior high school graduates, the enrollment school or the competent department of the school shall, in consultation with the relevant enrollment departments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, organize the examination separately (time permits, you can also take the relevant unified examination) and draw the admission scores separately. The cultural examination time of inter-provincial enrollment schools must end before May 20th. Chapter V Enrollment Source Plan Article 12 The enrollment source plan of ordinary secondary specialized art schools still takes the form of national tasks and regulation plans (entrusted training and self-funded students).

The enrollment source plan should adapt to the needs of national and local economic, cultural and social development for graduates, and also adapt to the selection rules of professional artistic talents. Thirteenth art schools directly under the Ministry of Culture, national and provincial key secondary art schools that recruit students for the whole country or some regions can recruit students across provinces. The inter-provincial enrollment plan is proposed by the school, audited by the school authorities, reported to the Education Department of the Ministry of Culture before May 3 1 every year, and then reported to the State Education Commission for promulgation. The relevant enrollment authorities of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government arrange enrollment. Article 14 With the approval of the Ministry of Culture, art schools directly under the Ministry of Culture and national key secondary art schools can determine an appropriate proportion in the national task enrollment source plan in ethnic areas and some areas with relatively difficult conditions, and implement "targeted enrollment and targeted employment".
