(1) Adhere to the party's basic line and political awareness education. That is, support and implement the Party's basic line centering on economic construction in the primary stage of socialism, persist in reform and opening up, adhere to the Four Cardinal Principles, and consciously establish a common ideal under the lofty goal of communism.
(2) Correctly participate in democratic awareness education and social management supervision within the group. That is, learning the basic knowledge of socialist democracy in the life and social activities of the League, mastering the basic principles of democratic centralism, and actively participating in the democratic policies, democratic management, democratic elections and democratic supervision of the League have become a positive force in promoting the democratic construction and socialist democratic politics within the League.
(3) Equality awareness education and consistency education of rights and obligations. That is, correctly understand the unity of opposites and the equal and consistent relationship between the rights and obligations of League members, make clear the obligations that they should perform, and take the performance of League members' obligations as their unshirkable responsibility to realize the unity of rights and obligations in League members' lives.
(4) Legal awareness education abides by the code of conduct in economic, political and social life. That is to say, we should learn legal knowledge, strengthen the concept of legal system, consciously restrain our actions with morality and law, and learn to use law as a weapon to safeguard our legitimate rights and interests and social stability and unity.
(5) Higher than the average youth's model consciousness education. In other words, we should keep in mind that we are a Communist Youth League member, always pay attention to pushing ourselves with the standard requirements of the Communist Youth League member, constantly enhance our sense of glory and responsibility as a Communist Youth League member, and strive to become a model of obeying the law.
