How can rural education develop better and faster, and better meet the needs of the development of modern society? I personally think that rural education should start from the following aspects:
First, attach importance to rural education.
Rural education is the focus of China's educational reform and development, but also the difficulty of China's educational development. The relative backwardness of rural economy has brought severe challenges to the development of rural education. For example, the backbone teachers of rural schools try their best to flow to cities, which leads to a serious imbalance between urban and rural teachers; Some principals strive for progress and lack long-term planning for school management, which leads to unsustainable development of school work; Some teachers have failed to keep up with the pace of educational reform in time, and the methods of educating people are simple and outdated, which shows that some departments pay less attention to rural education than cities, which leads to a series of problems such as poor conditions for running schools in rural areas, heavy teachers' tasks, many disciplines in name only, and modern education being empty talk. Therefore, governments at all levels should pay attention to it, and the development of education must be policy-oriented with fairness to promote educational balance. In order to maintain educational equity, government departments should shift their work direction from key development to balanced development, establish targeted compensation mechanisms by formulating policies that favor vulnerable groups, ensure that children in poor areas and poor rural areas in developed and underdeveloped areas obtain basic learning conditions, realize equal educational opportunities, and consciously tilt relevant policies to the vast rural areas to achieve educational equality.
Two, the implementation of quality education, education-oriented, concerned about the growth of students.
How to implement quality education? Establish a comprehensive concept of educational development, adhere to the school as the main body, and make the school a paradise for students to grow up happily. Implementing quality education: first, we should face all students and run an education that is suitable for each student's growth needs based on human development; Second, adhere to the principle of educating people, put moral education in the first place, regard moral education as the fundamental task of education, and promote the all-round development of students' morality, intelligence, physique and beauty; Thirdly, renew the concept of education, change the tendency that traditional education only pays attention to imparting knowledge and students' achievements and ignores the cultivation of people's ability and personality, and pay attention to the improvement of people's quality, the cultivation of ability, the development of personality and the cultivation of people's innovation ability and spirit; Fourth, respect every student's right to receive quality education, respect the differences and unique personalities among students, and teach students in accordance with their aptitude for each different intelligence level and personality; Fifth, change the traditional teaching concept and single evaluation model, and comprehensively evaluate students, instead of focusing on the merits of their grades. No one is perfect, and every student has his own advantages and disadvantages. Teachers should be good at discovering students' bright spots, thus stimulating students' desire for learning.
Third, pay attention to the growth of teachers and cultivate excellent teachers.
1. Improve the quality of teachers in an all-round way, focus on the training of backbone teachers, and improve the teacher management system as a means to build a dynamic team of teachers with noble morality, excellent quality, optimized structure and combination of full-time and part-time jobs.
2. Pay attention to the growth of teachers, and the school should have a feasible reward mechanism to make teachers "profit", organize teacher competitions, thesis writing, student counseling, study abroad, and teaching and research reform, and publicize the outstanding achievements of participants with great fanfare, so that every teacher has a "name".
3. Encourage teachers to pursue further studies, broaden the channels of teacher training, change the phenomenon of teacher training going through the motions in the past, put training into practice, implement the plan of improving teachers' quality with school-based training and school-based research as the main forms, and promote the professional development of teachers and managers.
Please come in and go out, strengthen cooperation with brother schools, deepen exchanges and cooperation, provide a learning platform for the training of key teachers, continue to carry forward the good tradition of attaching importance to talents and caring for teachers, treat every teacher fairly and do everything possible to improve the treatment of all teachers.
Fourth, pay attention to ideological and moral construction.
Establish the core position of moral education in promoting quality education in an all-round way.
1. Strengthen education in patriotism, collectivism and socialism, as well as education in ideology, morality, discipline and legal system; Cultivate students' correct world outlook, outlook on life and values, and attach importance to the cultivation of students' humanistic spirit.
2. Strengthen mental health education, follow the formation law of students' correct thinking, behavior, moral character and physiological and psychological growth, improve students' mental health level, and provide a strong guarantee for moral education.
Fifth, vigorously promote characteristic education.
Promoting the moral education project in an all-round way and constructing a new educational model of trinity of school, family and society can not only enable students to receive a coherent trinity education, but also promote a student to drive a family and a family to drive a village, thus forming a good social education environment. Develop school-based curriculum, build a school-based curriculum system that conforms to national curriculum standards and connects with local curriculum planning, and continue to implement oral communication school-based curriculum. Deepen the second classroom teaching, formulate the second classroom teaching implementation plan, compile the second classroom teaching materials, pay attention to the development of students' personality, and strive to cultivate modern talents with qualified foundation and outstanding expertise.
Schools should develop, revitalize and upgrade in development, which is what people expect and hope. Looking back on the past, examining the present and looking forward to the future, we must have a sense of superiority and inferiority, concentrate on science and education, wholeheartedly seek development, unite as one, make every effort to govern, be pragmatic and strive to promote the development of the school. We should be down-to-earth and strive to achieve a new leap in rural education in the new period.
