(2) Conditions and requirements
1. Applicants must be teachers in primary and secondary schools and kindergartens in the county (including 20 14 and previously openly recruited teachers, and have served 1 employment period; Full-time graduate students have worked for one year).
2. Kindergarten, primary school and junior high school teachers must have secondary school education or above. At present, their education is: kindergarten teachers have a junior college degree or above, and primary school and junior high school teachers have a bachelor degree or above.
3. Preschool teachers are under 40 years old (born after August 3 1977), and primary and junior high school teachers are under 45 years old (born after August 3 1972).
4. Good conduct, law-abiding, good performance and good health.
5. The standard of Putonghua is up to standard, that is, Chinese teachers and kindergarten teachers are Grade A and above, and teachers in other disciplines are Grade B and above.
6. Holders of teachers' qualification certificates with corresponding academic system and teachers' qualification certificates with high academic system can apply for posts with low academic system, while holders of teachers' qualification certificates with low academic system may not apply for posts with high academic system.

Second, the selection process
(1) Announcement (May 15)
In the Suixian Education Information Network, the announcement of public selection of teachers in Suixian Yan Di School was released.
(2) Organizing registration (May1May-May 19)
Qualified personnel shall fill in the Registration Form for Public Mobilization of Teachers in Suixian Yan Di School and submit the following materials (A4 paper size):
1. Suixian Yan Di School publicly selects and transfers the teacher registration form (in duplicate, with photos), signs the letter of commitment of honesty, and prints the registration form and the book on the front and back.
2. The original and photocopy of the applicant's ID card, academic degree certificate, Putonghua certificate, teacher qualification certificate and teacher title certificate.
3. The original and photocopy of the certificate of excellent courses, academic leaders, backbone teachers or teaching rookies required for extra points.
4. Submit it to the Teacher Management Section of the County Education Bureau with the central school as the unit (teachers who have been transferred to Lishan, special schools and vocational education centers through organizational research since the founding of the county but have not gone through the formal transfer procedures and meet the above registration conditions must take the transfer examination). (3) Qualification examination
County Education Bureau, People's Social Security Bureau, Editorial Office and Finance Bureau organize personnel to conduct qualification examination for applicants.
(4) Organizing written examination (May 22nd)
1. Those who pass the qualification examination will be announced by the county education bureau and take the written test. The ratio of recruitment positions to written test applicants should reach 1: 3, otherwise, the recruitment positions should be adjusted according to the number of applicants. Full-time graduate students or above do not take the written test, but directly enter the interview, and the written test score is calculated according to the full score.
2. Written test time: 9: 00 am-10: 40 am on May 22nd. The paper is divided into 100 minutes, and the time is 100 minutes.
3. Written test location: Suixian Vocational Education Center (next to Suiyue Expressway Suixian Expressway intersection).
(5) assessment points
1, the county education bureau, the people's social security bureau, the editorial office, the finance bureau and other organizations assess the personnel participating in the open selection. The assessment content is that the selected students have won prizes in high-quality courses (on-site teaching) competitions at all levels and won special teachers, academic leaders and backbone teachers (cutting-edge teaching). Among them, the first, second and third prizes of excellent courses are 10, 9 and 8 respectively; The first, second and third prizes at the provincial level are 8 points, 7 points and 6 points respectively; The first, second and third prizes at the municipal level are 6 points, 5 points and 4 points respectively; The first, second and third prizes at the county (district) level are 4 points, 3 points and 2 points respectively. Lectures are calculated as 4/5 of lectures at the same level. Provincial special-grade teachers, academic leaders and backbone teachers (excluding the backbone teachers of provincial rural compulsory education schools) are 10, 9 and 8 respectively, municipal academic leaders and backbone teachers are 5 and 4 respectively, and county-level academic leaders and backbone teachers (teaching rookies) are 3 and 2 respectively.

(6) Organizing an interview (May 25th)
According to the written test results, the interviewer is determined according to the ratio of 1:2, and publicized on Suixian Education Information Network. The interview was conducted by lecture, and the questions were randomly selected, with a full score of 100.

According to 40% of the written test and 60% of the interview, the comprehensive score is calculated. According to the comprehensive results, the tuning objects are determined from high to low according to the ratio of 1: 1. In the case of equal scores, priority is given to having a postgraduate degree, giving priority to getting rewards and honors (extra points for assessment), and giving priority to having a long working experience as a class teacher.
(8) Organizing inspection tour (May 26th-27th)
According to the regulations, organize an inspection of candidates, mainly to inspect teachers' morality and style and the teaching quality in the past three years. Those who fail to pass the inspection will be disqualified, and the vacant positions will be filled in turn according to the ratio of 1: 1, and the inspection will be organized.
(9) Organizing physical examination (May 3 1)
According to the regulations, organize candidates to have a centralized physical examination at their own expense. Those who fail to attend the physical examination on time and fail the physical examination without reason will be disqualified. If there are vacant positions after physical examination, among those selected for the corresponding positions and subject to overall deployment, from high score to low score, the inspection and physical examination shall be conducted in turn according to the ratio of vacant positions 1: 1.
(10) results publicity
The qualified list of inspection and physical examination shall be published on the website of the county education bureau for 5 working days after being approved by the leading group for public selection and transfer of teachers.
(11) Improve the procedures.
