However, there are many problems in the construction of educational resources:
First, the resources are static and the contents are mixed. In the initial stage of resource construction, the fastest way is to download the material library, courseware library, integrable ware library, teaching plan library, online course library and article library needed for teaching on the server. Due to the heavy workload and lack of personnel, especially the participation of experienced front-line educators and the team building of resource auditors, in the process of resource integration, only the weight is not heavy, even the outsourced commercial resource pool has a similar phenomenon.
On the other hand, because the collected lesson plan library is not updated in time, its content is inevitably obsolete or outdated, which does not meet the needs of the new curriculum reform and deviates from the teaching needs of teachers and students, thus forming a static "lesson plan library" that lacks attraction and affinity and cannot be widely used, becoming a chicken rib.
Second, the products are similar and lack effective resources. Due to market demand and policy encouragement, educational enterprises broke out a resource war, and various resource products emerged one after another. The CD-ROM products in the resource library can be described as hot. Many schools and local education administrative departments are very excited after purchasing the resource library, and the CD-ROM of the resource library does provide a variety of courseware and materials, which brings certain convenience to preparing lessons. However, in the process of use, educational institutions gradually found that although there are many resource products, the contents of these resource libraries are almost the same because of the limited number of front-line teachers who provide educational resources and their weak awareness of copyright. Moreover, many resources in the resource center are either outdated or not necessarily needed, and truly effective resources are very scarce. Even if there is, it is time-consuming and laborious to find it in a huge resource library. This has seriously hit the enthusiasm of users of educational institutions.
Third, resources are scattered and cannot be concentrated. Now there are many personal websites providing resources on the Internet, and there are also some self-built resource centers in various places. However, the educational websites built by teachers are small and scattered, and the educational resources of various schools cannot be fully shared. There are few special education websites for education in large domestic companies and government agencies at all levels, and the construction of national basic education websites has just started. All kinds of resources are scattered in the corner of the network, which cannot be used centrally by people, thus losing their own utility.
Fourth, products and products cannot be shared. Nowadays, the resource construction in many places is generally integrated through top-down collection. Therefore, at present, the resource construction in the whole country has formed a three-level co-construction model of school level-regional level-provincial level, and resource construction is often combined with regional independent development and commercial purchase. Due to the lack of training in modern educational technologies and concepts for local teachers and students in some areas, the concepts of knowledge sharing and resource opening have not been generally formed, and many places are often confined to local metropolitan area networks, and many people are not willing to share personal resources.
Among the above problems, the first three are particularly serious. Because there are not a lot of effective and centralized resources, how can we talk about interconnection, sharing and standards? However, IT is not feasible to rely on a few special-grade teachers and IT enterprises to have a large number of available and frequently updated resources.
So where is the way out? The way out is to adopt an effective resource construction model, find a reasonable resource development mechanism, fully mobilize the enthusiasm of teachers to participate in resource construction, and make educational resources endless. The so-called effective resource construction mode is to fully consider the resources currently distributed and stored in various schools or regional resource sites, and choose a mechanism that can be effectively managed, co-constructed and shared to solve the dilemma of centralized distribution of educational resources. The so-called reasonable resource development mechanism is to stimulate the enthusiasm of teachers to develop resources from the root. Through reasonable allocation and flow, property rights constraints and property rights incentives, the equivalent exchange of resources in education and economic value can be realized, and the legitimate rights and interests of authors and the legitimacy of operation can be guaranteed in the exchange process, so as to maximize the utilization rate of educational resources and promote the maximization of knowledge output and value added. The construction of educational resource database is inevitable, and we must take the road of industrialization, because only the industrialized operation mechanism can realize the sustainable development of educational resource construction and ensure the standardization and efficiency of educational resource operation.
In order to improve these disadvantages, our school has undertaken the national "Eleventh Five-Year" educational information technology research key topic "Research on the construction and application of middle school educational resources based on campus network environment". First of all, distributed storage and unified management are carried out from the physics group of senior high school, and a large-scale distributed comprehensive information resource library with complete discipline system, rich knowledge content and convenient query and browsing is gradually established for schools, families and society to share and avoid repeated construction.

2. If the same uploaded resource consists of multiple files, it should be packaged and compressed uniformly, using ZIP or RAR compression format or self-extracting files.
3. For the convenience of use and management, the uploaded file name should be Chinese, and the relevant description information of the resource should be filled in. If the relevant description information is filled in incorrectly or incorrectly, it will not be uploaded successfully.
4. When updating the file, the resource management platform will rename the uploaded file with the same name, so the original file should be deleted before uploading the new file.
Because the construction of subject education resources is mainly completed by school teachers, the applicability, quality and pertinence of the resources are strong. At present, it has begun to take shape, and senior high school physics teachers can quickly prepare lessons, lesson plans, study plans, test questions, courseware and other common materials on our platform.
