I. Application conditions

Full-time ideological and political work refers to working as a full-time secretary or deputy secretary in the Party's grass-roots committees, general branch committees and branch committees, or working in party departments such as discipline inspection, party office, organization (personnel), propaganda and United front, or working in trade unions, the Communist Youth League and women's federations, as well as ideological education or professional ethics construction.

(7) The fresh graduates of this recruitment must graduate before August 3, 20231and obtain the academic degree certificate, and still have no work unit.

Graduates of ordinary colleges and universities in 2023 and 2022 who have not completed their work units, whose file relationship is still in the original graduate school, or in graduate employment departments at all levels (graduate employment guidance service centers), talent exchange service agencies, public employment service agencies, and those who have graduated at the same time abroad and completed their academic qualifications but have not completed their work units, can apply for the positions of fresh graduates.

Graduation of foreign teaching and research institutions at the same time refers to overseas students who study in foreign teaching and research institutions and graduate with domestic fresh graduates. The time requirement for graduation at the same time is the same as that of domestic fresh graduates.

The base date for calculating the employment and work experience of student cadres is the announcement date.

Work experience refers to formal work experience, excluding personal internship and part-time work experience during the student period.

(2) Online confirmation

1. 24 hours after the applicants submit their registration information online (postponed on holidays), they can go to the registration website to check whether they have passed the preliminary qualification examination of the recruitment department (unit).

2. The registration fee for this open recruitment is 100 yuan, and the applicants who pass the preliminary examination pay online, and the online registration fee is 100 yuan.

Those who pass the preliminary examination and complete the payment confirmation will be registered successfully.

The registration fee will not be refunded if the personnel who have passed the preliminary qualification examination and paid the fees cannot participate in the assessment due to personal reasons.

3. Failure to confirm the registration qualification online on time, upload photos, and request to pay the registration fee without paying it will be deemed invalid.

(3) Admission ticket collection

Applicants who have passed the preliminary qualification examination and confirmed the payment, please come to our school to participate in the qualification review and get the admission ticket within the notice time.

(4) Matters needing attention in registration

1. Applicants should truthfully fill in the relevant information according to the job requirements and online tips, and upload their recent two-inch (35X45) photo without a hat, in jpg format, with the size not exceeding 20Kb.

The recruitment department (unit) conducts the audit according to the information provided by the candidates.

Candidates who practise fraud will be disqualified once they are verified.

Full-time counselors who apply for the position of "main student cadre 1 year and above" must indicate the specific position and the start and end date in the column of "study and work experience".

If there are work experience requirements in the registration conditions, it must be stated that it meets the job position (or work experience) and the start and end dates.

If you fail to fill in the personal information and related information related to the application conditions accurately or as required, you will fail to pass the preliminary examination and qualification review or fail to take the exam at your own risk.

If it is proved that the applicant has cheated, his application qualification will be cancelled immediately.

2. The examination proportion is 1︰3. Can not reach the proportion of the examination, reduce or cancel the recruitment positions, and published in the provincial human resources and social security website.

Candidates who cancel their positions can log on to the open recruitment platform of Jiangsu institutions at 9:00- 16:00 on March 3, 2023 to fill in other qualified positions.

3. Applicants can only select one position from the position table to register.

After passing the preliminary qualification examination, the registration information cannot be changed.

Candidates who have not passed the preliminary qualification examination may change to other qualified positions during the registration period.

Applicants should use the second-generation resident ID card within the validity period to register, and the ID card used for registration and examination room must be consistent.

4. In any of the following circumstances, please do not apply:

(1) Servicemen and non-fresh graduates from colleges and universities;

(2) Those who are husband and wife, lineal blood relatives, collateral blood relatives within three generations or close in-laws with the person in charge of the institution shall not apply for the positions of organization (personnel), discipline inspection and supervision, and financial auditing of the institution; Those who have the above-mentioned relationship with the existing on-the-job personnel, management positions that form a direct relationship between superiors and subordinates after arriving at the post, and positions that should be avoided clearly in the Regulations on the Avoidance of Personnel Management in Institutions shall not be employed;

Interview, in accordance with the school's own measures to implement, mainly to test the professional knowledge, business ability and comprehensive quality required to perform job responsibilities.

The interview score is 60 points (full score 100).

The total score of candidates is calculated by the percentage system, and the total score is 100. Candidates will be informed of the interview results on the spot.

Calculation method of post final grade: final grade = trial grade ×40%+ interview grade ×60%.

Trial scores, interview scores and final scores are calculated to two decimal places.

Among those who pass the written test, according to the order from high score to low score, the interview candidates are determined according to the number of people to be employed in the recruitment position 1: 9, and those who are less than this ratio are determined according to the actual number.

The written test score is 60 points (total score 100).

Among those who pass the written test, the number of people to be hired is determined according to the ratio of 1:3 in the order from high score to low score. If the number of people is less than 1:3, the list of people participating in the next round of assessment shall be determined according to the actual number.

The written test results will be published on the website of Yangzhou Industrial Vocational and Technical College (www.ypi.edu.cn) within 10 working days after the written test. Applicants can check by ID number.

Psychological test: mainly in the form of online answering questions and interviews to test the psychological health and quality of candidates.

This item is an investigation item and is not included in the total score.

Interview: According to the method made by the school itself, it mainly tests the professional knowledge, professional ability and comprehensive quality needed to perform the post responsibilities. The interview results were announced on the spot, and 60 points were qualified (total score 100).

The calculation method of the final score of the application position: final score = written test score ×30%+ interview score ×70%.

The written test, interview and final grade are calculated to two decimal places.

(3) Qualification examination

The qualification review should be conducted before the exam.

If the qualification review materials are incomplete and the review is unqualified, the qualification will be cancelled.

Only those who pass the qualification review can participate in the assessment. Anyone who practices fraud will be disqualified once verified.

4. 6. Relevant certificates and supporting materials required in the qualification conditions for registration.

Fourth, physical examination and investigation

After the examination, the total score of the candidates is determined according to the calculation method of the total score, and the physical examination personnel are determined from high score to low score according to the proportion of the number of people to be recruited in the recruitment position 1: 1.

The physical examination standard shall be implemented with reference to the National General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (for Trial Implementation).

The employing unit shall organize an inspection of those who have passed the medical examination, and determine the list of persons to be employed according to the inspection and medical examination results.

The list of candidates will be published on the Jiangsu Human Resources and Social Security website for 7 working days.

The publicity contents include post number, recruiting unit, post name, name of the person to be hired, education background, major, graduation institution, current work unit, recruitment examination results, total score, ranking, etc.

If the applicant's inspection or physical examination does not meet the requirements, or the publicity result of the candidate to be hired affects the employment, or the candidate to be hired explicitly abandons the employment, or the employment position is vacant for other reasons, the school will decide to make a one-time replacement.

After the employment is approved or put on record, it will not be renewed.
