The issuing agency of teacher qualification certificate is the county, city, district * administrative examination and approval service bureau or education bureau of the place of residence, domicile or school. The accreditation body shall give the accreditation conclusion within 30 working days after accepting the application, and confirm the accreditation data and certificate number in the national teacher qualification management information system of the Ministry of Education, and issue the teacher qualification certificate to qualified applicants.

Social examinee certification place

Social candidates can be identified at the place where they register or apply for residence permit, and they need to provide residence permit at the place where they apply for residence permit.

School student certification place

Students can be identified at the school location after graduation (candidates of other grades cannot be identified).
