Qixian County belongs to Kaifeng City, Henan Province, which is located in the east of Henan Province. It is connected with lankao county City of Kaifeng City and Minquan County of Shangqiu City in the north, Suixian County of Shangqiu City in the east and Taikang County of Zhoukou City in the south.
