major duty
(a) to implement the education policies and laws and regulations of the party and the state, study and formulate the relevant provisions and measures of education in our city, and supervise the implementation.
(two) to study and put forward the city's education development plan and annual plan, formulate the education system reform plan, and organize the implementation.
(three) overall management and guidance of the city's basic education (including preschool education), vocational education, adult education and local higher education; Coordinate and guide the relevant education work of all counties and departments.

(six) in conjunction with the relevant departments to formulate measures and regulations for raising and managing education funds, education appropriations, education infrastructure investment and education fees.

Cooperate with relevant departments to implement relevant policies and regulations on labor wages and personnel management in the education system; Centralized management of the city's education system to study abroad and the management of foreign teachers.
