major duty

(a) to implement the education policies and laws and regulations of the party and the state, study and formulate the relevant provisions and measures of education in our city, and supervise the implementation.

(two) to study and put forward the city's education development plan and annual plan, formulate the education system reform plan, and organize the implementation.

(six) in conjunction with the relevant departments to formulate measures and regulations for raising and managing education funds, education appropriations, education infrastructure investment and education fees.

Settings; Supervise the collection and use of education funds in the city; Prepare the annual budget proposal for municipal education funds, and manage the education funds, infrastructure investment, special funds, state-owned assets and financial audit of institutions and schools directly under them.

(seven) planning and guiding the construction of teachers in schools at all levels in the city; Responsible for the qualification of teachers in the city; In conjunction with the relevant departments to implement the standards of higher organizations, to guide the school's internal management system and education and teaching reform.

Cooperate with relevant departments to implement relevant policies and regulations on labor wages and personnel management in the education system; Centralized management of the city's education system to study abroad and the management of foreign teachers.
