Summary of the 87th Dynamic Studio Term Work
Since its establishment, the studio has carried out activities in accordance with the three-year action plan of the "Master Plus" project and the three-year plan of the master studio and the one-year work plan of the studio arranged by the District Education Bureau, and all the work has progressed smoothly. The report reads as follows:

At present, there are 25 working members, including 9 middle school Chinese and 6 primary school Chinese/kloc-0. Members mainly come from No.4 Middle School, No.5 Middle School, Experimental Middle School of Shaanxi Normal University, Yangling Primary School, Wuquan Central School and Yangcun Central School. Members include demonstration area, district-level teaching experts, backbone teachers, excellent class teachers, old teachers with 20 years' teaching experience and young teachers who have just joined the job.

According to the present situation of the members, we have made a three-year plan, a one-year plan and various systems of the studio.

Since June, we have carried out 10 training activities, both online and offline.

1. Establish an online training promotion platform, carry out online training exchange activities, and show the exchange training results. We have established a studio platform, which currently includes five columns: work trends, activities, research results, member columns and student columns. It mainly displays the research results of the members of the exchange studio, publicizes and reports the work trends of the studio, exchanges and shares the teaching theories of experts and scholars, and shares excellent teaching results. At present, the platform has pushed more than 70 articles, with an average of 2 articles per day.

2. Participate in the online seminar on unified Chinese textbook reading teaching. On June 20th, Jiangsu Micro Education organized a network seminar on Chinese textbook reading teaching. The studio issued a notice and members actively participated. During the activity, we listened to the significance and practical value of Wang Jun, a special-grade teacher in the middle school attached to Tsinghua University, on the teaching ideas of realm language and youth language, Zhou, a special-grade teacher and full-time senior teacher in Yunnan Province, on the teaching of self-reading texts and the lesson of Animal Jokes, and Cao, a senior teacher, special-grade teacher and vice chairman of Shaanxi Chinese Society, on the teaching and comments on biographical reading.

3. Participate in "Shuxiang Yangling"

Reading creates the future ". On September 17, the Writers Association of the demonstration area and other institutions jointly held the second phase of the salon activity of "Reading Books and Creating the Future with Yangling". The theme of the activity is the prose sharing of studio tutor Gao Fengxiang. We organized some participants to participate in the activities, and all members actively participated in the study, thus gaining a new understanding of the teaching and creation of prose.

4. Carry out the activity of "preparing lessons together" to create a public welfare excellent course. On June 28th, we started a two-week "preparing lessons together" activity. The junior high school teacher prepared the next book "Peach Blossom Garden" for the eighth grade, and the primary school teacher prepared the next book "Cat" for the fourth grade. All the teachers in our studio participated in it, and according to the teaching procedures of Shaanxi teaching experts, they were limited to write a complete teaching design within 2 hours, so as to be naked. The purpose of this activity is to build a platform for members to communicate and display, break the ice and test the water, understand the basic situation of members from the basic skills, and show the elegance of members, mainly to prepare for the training and teaching and research activities of the later studio. During the activity, the members were enthusiastic and several excellent teaching designs emerged. At present, we have collected and selected 17 excellent teaching designs and 22 papers, educational narratives and literary works. We will share and communicate on the studio platform.

5. Participate in the teaching seminar of ancient poetry and prose in Yangling District. On August 1 day, the District Teaching and Research Section held a seminar on the teaching of ancient China poetry in Yangling District, the first experimental school. 10 More than 0 studio hosts and members attended the seminar. Jiang Weibo, the host, commented on five demonstration classes, and gave teaching suggestions and guidance to micro-classes and ancient poetry teaching respectively in view of the problems existing in the demonstration classes. The convening of this seminar has made a positive attempt for Chinese teachers to teach micro-courses, and also carried out beneficial practice and exploration for the teaching and research activities of the studio of famous Chinese teachers, giving full play to the role of demonstration, guidance and radiation of the studio of famous Chinese teachers.

6. Jiang Weibo, the host of the studio, undertakes the task of project training in the whole region. 101On the afternoon of October 28th, the district teaching and research section held a training meeting for the 2020 project in the Second Experimental Middle School. Jiang Weibo, the host of the studio, and Yang Xia, the instructor of the studio, gave special training to the participating teachers on the topic of "How do primary and secondary school teachers declare topics". Of the 62 planning projects approved by the Education Bureau of the demonstration area in 2020, our studio undertook 2 special projects, 1 general project. With enthusiasm for research, relevant members of the studio also participated in this training activity.

7. Invited to participate in the opening meeting of high-tech primary school projects and do special training. 165438+1On the afternoon of October 4th, at the invitation of Yangling High-tech Primary School, studio host Jiang Weibo attended the 2020 Project Opening Meeting and School-based Project Training Meeting of High-tech Primary School. At the opening meeting, studio host Jiang Weibo gave comments and guidance on three topics. After the class opening activities, Mr. Jiang Weibo gave a special training to all the teachers of high-tech primary schools on the topic of "Several Problems needing attention in research".

8. Invited to participate in the opening meeting of high-tech junior high school projects. On the afternoon of February 29th, 65438, at the invitation of Yangling High-tech Junior High School, studio host Jiang Weibo attended the opening meeting of the third basic education innovation resource construction project in Shaanxi Province in 2020. At the training meeting, he commented and guided two projects.

9. Carry out reading sharing activities in the studio. In order to strengthen learning and exchange experiences, our studio established a reading sharing system, and the first reading sharing activity was held in the studio from the beginning of September to the end of 10. Since the launch of this activity, excellent reading and sharing notes of 17 members have been collected and shared on the studio platform in stages.

10. Send teachers to the countryside. 165438+1October 6th, Jiang Weibo Language Studio of the District Teaching and Research Section organized the activity of sending primary school Chinese to the countryside in Yangling District. More than 80 people, including the directors of primary school teaching departments, some primary school Chinese teachers, all Chinese teachers in Wuquan Primary School and all members of Jiang Weibo's Chinese studio, attended the event. In this activity, Shen Minqing, the primary Chinese teacher of Jiang Weibo's Chinese Studio, showed the fifth-grade Chinese class island, and Zou Zhili showed the fourth-grade Chinese class climbing the tiger's feet.

During the activity, Jiang Weibo, the instructor and host of the studio, gave special training to the participating teachers on the topics of "Efficient, Pragmatic and Wonderful Presentation-How to Give a Good Open Class" and "Problems needing attention in the teaching design of Chinese teachers in primary and secondary schools". This activity of sending students to the countryside is an important measure of the "Famous Teacher+"project of the Education Bureau of our studio, which has built a bridge for teachers in urban and rural schools and played a role in radiating and driving the quality resources of the famous teacher studio.

12. Actively participate in the project research. This semester, our studio actively participated in project research, and the host and members declared 7 projects. Among them, there are 3 demonstration area projects hosted by the host and members, provincial planning 1 project and other projects 1 project have been approved, and 2 projects participating in provincial and demonstration areas have also been approved and entered the experimental stage.

1. Preside over the opening ceremony and training meeting of the studio. In the 2020 demonstration area, our studio has three projects. We plan to hold a workshop project opening training meeting from June 165438+ 10 to June 65438+February, formulate the project research plan, further discuss and modify the application materials, refine the research content and decompose the research tasks. Our studio plans to invite studio tutor Yang Xia to give us training guidance.

2. Hold seminars. After the activities of "preparing lessons together" and sending teachers to the countryside for training, we plan to carry out the activity of "learning a lesson together", analyze the common problems existing in the teaching design and classroom teaching of members, understand the current situation of members' basic skills and personal development willingness, and lay a good foundation for later training and teaching and research activities.

3. Prepare for the activity of sending Chinese to the countryside in the studio middle school. According to personal wishes and the reality of the studio, we plan to select two high-quality courses for collective polishing, and organize activities to send teachers and training to the countryside in the fourth junior high school or the fifth junior high school.

4. Carry out class evaluation activities. On the basis of the previous activities, the host, tutor and key members formed an evaluation team and went to their schools to carry out 1 evaluation activities.

1. Difficulties in organizing activities. First, there is not enough energy and time for preparatory activities. Most of the hosts and members are young and middle-aged, and they are usually busy. Preparatory activities need to be carefully polished in advance, and it takes time to study and study, which conflicts with the work and time of the unit. Second, different member schools have different degrees of support for members to go out, and some members can't get active support from the unit when they participate in activities. Third, there are currently 25 studios in the whole region, with a huge number and more and more activities. If there are too many activities, it will often interfere with the normal teaching of the school.

2. The activities carried out by the studio are relatively simple. At present, online activities are mostly, but offline physical activities are still lacking.

3. Some members are not enthusiastic about participating in studio activities. Without the guiding reward and punishment measures of the whole region, it is impossible to effectively improve the participation enthusiasm of members only by the studio.
