Huaiyin District of Jinan, Shandong Province is not a rich area. Although Huaiyin District was the earliest place in Jinan to open ports and trade, it was once prosperous, but now Huaiyin District is a new city in the west of Jinan, and the most prosperous area in Jinan is Lixia District. Therefore, Huaiyin District in Jinan, Shandong Province cannot be simply defined as a rich area.
