It mainly includes three aspects: professional attitude, educational concept and professional ethics. "Professional attitude" is the basic attitude of teachers towards their profession; "Educational concept" refers to teachers' ideals and beliefs about education, and "professional ethics" is the basic principle and professional ethics that teachers should follow in dealing with interpersonal relationships in educational and teaching activities.
Professional concept is the soul of teachers' professional development, the cornerstone of supporting teachers' professional development and the driving force of sustainable development. The new curriculum stands at the height of Chinese national rejuvenation and quality education, and puts forward the core concept of "everything is for the development of every student", which is the highest guiding ideology of curriculum reform.
Around this core idea, the new curriculum has established a series of brand-new ideas in terms of curriculum view, knowledge view, teaching view and student view. Teachers should deeply understand, reflect on practice, abandon what is inconsistent with the spirit of the new curriculum in traditional concepts, and rebuild their own professional concept system in combination with their own educational and teaching experience.
Second, professional knowledge
It includes three main components: professional knowledge, theoretical knowledge of education and teaching science and practical knowledge. Having profound professional knowledge is the basis for teachers to implement teaching. The theoretical knowledge of education and teaching science includes pedagogy knowledge, pedagogy knowledge, learner and learning knowledge, psychology knowledge and curriculum theory knowledge.
Educational theory plays a very important role in inspiring teachers. A teacher without the guidance of educational science theory is a blind and short-sighted practitioner. Practical knowledge is an important source of teachers' teaching ability, which includes knowledge of teaching technical rules, teaching experience, teaching situation knowledge, teaching decision-making ability and practical knowledge.
Third, professional ability.
That is, the sum of teachers' educational and teaching abilities in educating people. Teachers' professional ability should include general ability and special ability. Teachers should reach the general level in intelligence, which is the basic guarantee to keep the fluency of teachers' normal teaching thinking.
Teachers' special abilities include those directly related to teaching practice, such as subject teaching ability, communication ability, language expression ability and class management ability. Subject teaching ability mainly includes four abilities: educational activity design ability, educational activity implementation ability, educational process organization and monitoring ability and educational evaluation ability.
