4) Arrange the construction site reasonably according to the safety design requirements. For important safety parts and areas with high safety risks, set up safety protection such as hard fences or safety ropes according to the specification requirements, and set up warning signs and signs.
5) Safety ropes should be pulled in the charging area and explosive temporary storage area, and warning signs should be set. Non-blasting operators are strictly prohibited from blasting the area.
6) It is forbidden to smoke, use naked flame or make a fire to keep warm in the explosion area; It is strictly forbidden to make or receive calls or use radio communication tools in the explosion area.
7) During the charging process, it is forbidden for construction machinery to enter the charging warning zone for drilling operations (including hole filling).
8) When blasting, all personnel and equipment within the safe distance of blasting shall be evacuated from the safe distance. If it is impossible to evacuate due to special reasons, effective safety protection measures should be taken, and the owner should be informed in time if coordination is needed. It can be detonated on the premise of ensuring safety.
9) It is forbidden to carry out blasting operation in bad weather such as night, fog, thunder and lightning, hail and rainstorm; In case of lightning, hail, rainstorm and other weather during blasting operation, all operators should immediately stop their operations and evacuate to a safe distance; The work can't continue until the weather is normal.
10) Rectify the potential safety hazards found in the construction area according to relevant regulations; Need the owner to solve, it shall immediately report to the owner in writing.
