If it is impossible to evacuate due to special reasons, effective safety protection measures should be taken, and the owner should be informed in time if coordination is needed. It can be detonated on the premise of ensuring safety.

9) It is forbidden to carry out blasting operation in bad weather such as night, fog, thunder and lightning, hail and rainstorm; In case of lightning, hail, rainstorm and other weather during blasting operation, all operators should immediately stop their operations and evacuate to a safe distance; The work can't continue until the weather is normal.

10) Rectify the potential safety hazards found in the construction area according to relevant regulations; Need the owner to solve, it shall immediately report to the owner in writing.
