If you need to enjoy the student discount, you must go to the Apple Education Store to buy it, and directly click the word "start school" (about 20 15), and you can jump. After placing an order, the administrator will contact you by email within a few days, provide a photo of the student ID card (preferably in JPG or PDF format) for uploading, and deliver it after approval.

Since you didn't buy it through educational discount, you can contact Apple Customer Service by phone or email to see if you can make up the discount. If you don't agree, apply for an Apple ID again and place an order in the education store again. The machine I bought was returned.
