Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 These Provisions are formulated in order to ensure the implementation of national laws and regulations on enrollment and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of candidates and enrollment staff. Article 2 Candidates who apply for admission to ordinary colleges and universities (hereinafter referred to as candidates), personnel who engage in and participate in the enrollment work of ordinary colleges and universities (hereinafter referred to as enrollment staff) and other personnel must abide by the Regulations on Enrollment Management of Ordinary Colleges and Universities issued by the State Education Commission and local enrollment committees. Violators shall be punished in accordance with these provisions unless otherwise stipulated. Article 3 These Provisions shall apply to the enrollment management of colleges and universities nationwide. Chapter II Types of Punishment Article 4 Whoever violates the enrollment management of ordinary colleges and universities and is not serious enough for public security management punishment or criminal punishment shall be given the following two punishments respectively:

(1) Disciplinary measures for enrollment are divided into: informed criticism, deduction of points, cancellation of enrollment qualification in the current year, cancellation of examination qualification, cancellation of admission qualification, cancellation of enrollment qualification for one to three years, cancellation of enrollment staff qualification, cancellation of examination qualification, and cancellation of holding unified examination qualification in the next year.

(2) Administrative sanctions are divided into: warning, demerit recording, demerit recording, demotion, demotion, dismissal, expulsion for probation and expulsion. Chapter III Violations of Enrollment Management and Penalties Article 5 Candidates who commit any of the following acts will be deducted from their scores of this course by 30% to 50%:

(1) Smoking, talking, making noise or otherwise affecting the order of the examination room during the examination;

(2) Writing one's name, test number or deliberately making other marks in places other than those specified in the answer sheet;

(3) Continue to answer questions after the signal of the end of the exam is issued. Article 6 If the answer sheet is written in a pen other than the prescribed one, the score of the answered part shall be deducted. Article 7 Candidates who commit the acts listed in Article 5 and Article 6 in more than two subjects will be disqualified from the examination in that year. Eighth candidates have one of the following acts, depending on the seriousness of the case, were given informed criticism, cancel the registration qualification, examination qualification, admission qualification, or cancel the admission qualification punishment; If the circumstances are serious, one to three years are not allowed to apply for punishment; On-the-job candidates, but also to inform their units, given administrative sanctions:

(a) false name, age, education, length of service, nationality, household registration, student status, forged documents, or take other means to defraud the registration qualification;

(2) Deliberately concealing major matters involving himself, his immediate family members and major social relations;

(3) Entraining, accepting answers, exchanging answer sheets, taking exams, finding someone to take the exams, copying others' answers, or letting others copy their own answers (including identical test papers), or taking away test papers;

(4) Deliberately concealing the unqualified past medical history stipulated in the Physical Examination Standard for Enrollment, taking the exam on behalf of others, or cheating by other means;

(5) altering or stealing the archives of himself or other candidates by improper means;

(six) other fraudulent acts. Ninth other personnel who violate the enrollment management and seek benefits for candidates shall be punished in accordance with the provisions of Article 8. Tenth admissions staff have one of the following acts, depending on the seriousness of the case, were given informed criticism or cancel the qualification of admissions staff punishment; If the circumstances are serious, administrative sanctions below demotion shall also be given:

(a) deliberately concealing the true situation of the candidates when establishing the candidates' files;

(two) there are many mistakes, omissions and integral errors in marking, which are pointed out and persisted; Loss, damage to candidates' papers or other violations of marking regulations, resulting in adverse consequences;

(three) in the process of admission, private inquiries, disclosure of admission work; Failing to deliver or transmit candidates' archival materials in accordance with the provisions; Admission by name or outside the designated place without authorization;

(four) dereliction of duty or other acts in violation of the provisions of the enrollment work, which affects the enrollment work. Article 11 If an on-the-job employee commits any of the following acts, he shall be given an administrative sanction of demerit or above. Although he is an enrollment staff, he shall be disqualified from the enrollment staff at the same time:

(1) Providing false certificates for candidates or forging candidates' files;

(2) Stealing or altering candidates' examination papers, test scores, political, ideological and moral evaluation forms, physical health check forms, enrollment volunteer forms and other archival materials;

(3) instigating, conniving at or colluding with others to commit fraud;

(four) in the marking, changing the scoring standard without authorization;

(5) framing, attacking or retaliating against candidates;

(six) to send property to the admissions staff, for personal gain, to achieve the goal;

(seven) take notes, say hello, make a wish, etc., to hint and instruct the admissions staff to admit candidates who violate the provisions of the admissions work, in order to achieve the goal. Twelfth responsible cadres of state organs at all levels have one of the following acts, given administrative sanctions and informed:

(a) instigating, conniving and instigating the admissions staff to relax the examination discipline, resulting in confusion in the examination discipline;

(two) abuse of power or instigate or force the admissions staff to enroll candidates in violation of the enrollment regulations;

(three) due to bureaucracy, the enrollment work suffered heavy losses;

(4) Attacking, retaliating or framing the admissions staff.
