(1) Providing false certificates for candidates or forging candidates' files;
(2) Stealing or altering candidates' examination papers, test scores, political, ideological and moral evaluation forms, physical health check forms, enrollment volunteer forms and other archival materials;
(3) instigating, conniving at or colluding with others to commit fraud;
