The new disciplinary regulations of the Ministry of Education
The new "Regulations on Disciplinary Actions" of the Ministry of Education came into effect in March, explicitly prohibiting seven types of improper educational behaviors.

physical punishment

Corporal punishment that directly causes physical pain by hitting or stabbing.

insult

Abuse or infringe on students' personal dignity with discriminatory and insulting words and deeds.

Collective punishment

Punish all students for individual or minority violations.

Performance punishment

Educate and punish students' academic performance.

Emotional punishment

Implement or selectively implement educational punishment because of personal emotions, likes and dislikes.

Student punishment

Assign students to educate and punish other students.

Indirect physical and mental injuries such as punishment beyond the normal limit, repeated imitation, forcing uncomfortable movements or postures, and intentional isolation of disguised corporal punishment.
