I affirm and praise Mr. Xi's work attitude and strict style of demanding students. This is very important, and school leaders must make a clear statement. As for the impulsive behavior that the teacher accidentally hit the students in a hurry, the school leaders need not blame, let alone criticize. Because parents' demands are enough to make our teachers realize that impulsive and radical words and deeds have no effect on students' education. Of course, our leaders should give our teachers more ideas and strategies in daily business study, which is very important for the professional growth of teachers in a school.

Second, for students and parents, school leaders must follow all people-oriented principles and care for students. Caring for students' physical and mental health should start with understanding their grievances. Students and teachers have conflicts, and it is often students who are over-spoken. However, after the incident, it should be the students who are afraid and nervous. School leaders should proceed from the overall situation and sincerely apologize to parents and students for our teacher's behavior, indicating that the school will definitely correct the wrong attitude.

In fact, our parents know very well that everyone wants their children to choose a teacher who is serious and responsible for their work and strict with their students. A teacher who is indifferent to his students is by no means a good teacher. In order to ensure that teachers' enthusiasm for work will not be frustrated, our leaders should sincerely gain the understanding of parents. After all, the fundamental purpose of parents and teachers is the same. In this way, school education and family education can form a joint force of education and jointly educate our students.

Schools can reach a consensus with parents, which is very important for students' education. Respecting teachers and respecting parents is the traditional virtue of the Chinese nation. It is one of the important contents for us to educate students to learn to be human to cultivate students into people who respect teachers and respect morality. If you are rude, you won't succeed.
