Taking science and engineering students as an example, undergraduates take the initiative to do some innovative and entrepreneurial projects under the leadership of graduate students, which makes undergraduates more aware of their shortcomings in classroom learning, enhances their enthusiasm for learning basic knowledge, and makes them more active in the first class.
Postgraduates participate in undergraduate practical innovation training. Graduate students often have certain scientific research experience and are familiar with scientific research and experimental operation in this field. Encourage senior graduate students to serve as teaching assistants, join undergraduate practical innovation training, and apply their existing research thinking and research methods to specific project guidance practice, which has a subtle influence on undergraduates.

2. Promote the reform of undergraduate curriculum system.
If undergraduate education is basic education, then graduate education belongs to scientific research and innovation education.
