With the development of China's market economy and modernization, more and more attention has been paid to school mental health education. Our school has made some explorations in developing mental health education, gained some experience and had a certain impact. From June 5, 2006 to 10, the CCTV focus interview crew made a comprehensive report on the large-scale psychological theme activities in our school. Based on the reality of our school, this paper discusses some views on how to carry out mental health education in primary and secondary schools.
