How time flies! In a blink of an eye, the semester will be over. Looking back on this semester's work, although it is a bit hard, it is more joy, happiness and harvest. Fortunately, being rated as a backbone teacher is the affirmation and encouragement of my work by school teachers and leaders. I know this is not only an honor, but also a kind of pressure and responsibility. Therefore, I turn pressure into motivation, do all the work well and live up to the high expectations of teachers, leaders, parents and students. That's what I thought and did.

This semester, our school introduced a new research topic: "thesis writing", and it has been implemented, which is also an important work in teaching and research. As a backbone teacher and a second-grade Chinese teacher, I first attach great importance to this research topic ideologically and put it into action. Every time, I actively participate in the seminar on "thesis writing" organized by the school and make a good report on the teaching of "thesis writing" at the department level. In the Ministry, I often communicate with Chinese teachers about the benefits of "short writing" teaching, the implementation plan and how to make composition teaching better, such as the way of composition correction and evaluation. Under my leadership, our level department also edited the level magazine (children's works) and Children's Voice and Children's Words, which gave great encouragement to the children.

As a backbone teacher, I know that I have a heavy burden on my shoulders. Teaching and research should take the lead, class management should be excellent, and education and teaching achievements should be outstanding? How can it be convincing? With the deepening of educational reform, I always feel my own shortcomings. In my spare time, I often go online to listen to famous teachers' lectures, find golden ideas for class management of class teachers and articles on guiding children's writing. Theoretical books such as Binzhou Education and Shandong Education have also become "friends" in my spare time. I read excerpts from educational theories and learn advanced experiences and new educational ideas? Constantly enrich yourself and better carry out education and teaching practice.

As a backbone teacher, I actively participate in the selection of quality courses. The course "Ear Protection" I taught won the first prize at the district level, and I went to the city to participate in the selection. As a window school, teachers often come to our school to give lectures. I seize every opportunity to study, try my best to study in class, and don't delay class. Improve yourself and your business through various learning methods.

As a backbone teacher, I still have a lot to do. In the future, I will be more strict with myself, practice boldly, actively communicate with Chinese teachers in our department, and do a better job in teaching and scientific research in our department!

I know this is not only an honor, but also a kind of pressure and responsibility.

I love education, and I am down-to-earth, diligent and conscientious in my work. I love every student, always infecting them with my words and deeds and influencing every student with my sincerity and kindness; Use your own research and diligence to lead every student. Teachers should be educated anywhere. Establish a democratic, equal and harmonious relationship between teachers and students.

I know that "reading is a good way of life", so I often take time out to read in my busy teaching work. By rereading those famous literary works, I enhanced my in-depth understanding of the contents of famous works, and also increased my knowledge and nourishment; By studying the theoretical articles of educational experts, I have broadened my educational horizons and improved my theoretical level; By studying "teachers' personality charm", I learned how to be a teacher that students like and improved my life accomplishment. Pay close attention to the contents of educational blogs in xx city, learn from peers' blogs, explore the shortcomings, grasp the latest trends of Chinese teaching in time, apply advanced educational and teaching concepts to specific teaching practice, actively explore advanced teaching models, and realize the optimization of teaching. Then, I put my own experience in teaching practice into words and articles. The article My View on Chinese Teaching came into being under such circumstances. This article was published in "xx Teacher Training" in March of XX, and was well received by peers.

In the process of education and teaching, I deeply realized that "the art of education lies in inspiration and awakening", and the process of education is extremely creative and challenging. He is not a qualified teacher who only knows how to teach and can't educate people. I remember Mr. Tao Xingzhi's words: "Come with a heart, not a blade of grass." Devote oneself wholeheartedly to the cause of education and teaching, treat students honestly without recklessness, care without arrogance, trust without concealment, so as to establish a good teacher image among students and make them "respect and kiss". In Chinese teaching, I actively explore teaching methods suitable for students. Before entering the classroom, we should always carefully study the teaching reference and teaching materials, consult other teachers humbly, and pursue the efficiency of classroom teaching according to the students' learning situation and their own teaching characteristics. On August 5th, XX, in the evaluation of typical open classes at the county level, my teacher Shang won unanimous praise from the leaders and teachers of the county teaching and research section with a total score of 86.67. Students' grades have also improved steadily on the basis of the original, students' study habits have been improved and their interest in learning has been improved. At the meeting, I actively studied all kinds of advanced scientific research achievements and strived to be mature on the road of teachers' professional development. Diligent in accumulation and tireless in writing, I wrote my own teaching experience and life perception in words into my blog. In August of xx, my blog won the second prize of excellent works of teachers' educational technology in XX. My works xx and xx won the first prize of "Understanding Life" and the first prize of "Educational Narrative" respectively in the selection of excellent educational blog posts in xx 1 month, and were fortunate to be invited by the xx Municipal Education Bureau to participate in the second municipal education forum and accept the awards from the Municipal Education Bureau.

1999 Since I joined the work, I have done my best in my post and worked hard, and I have done what I can for the education in remote mountainous areas, and cultivated a batch of Dong township peaches and plums.

First, learn with an open mind, delve into business, and soon become a rookie in teaching.

A few years before I stepped onto the stage, I always felt that classroom teaching was not handy because of my lack of teaching experience. Later, with a passion to devote myself to education, I studied with an open mind, constantly consulted experienced teachers, and often thought about classroom teaching skills, how to get students out of the classroom shackles of "learning hard and learning to death". After long-term research on teaching business and continuous exploration of classroom teaching, my class has gradually been welcomed by students and formed a unique teaching style. In addition, the school leaders gave me a heavy burden and assigned me some key education and teaching tasks, which made me a teaching rookie for 13 years. My work has also been fully affirmed and recognized by my superiors, and won the praise of the parents of local students. Since 20xx, I have been continuously rated as an excellent teacher and head teacher by the town government. Over the years, after learning some theories of education and teaching, I actively signed up for all kinds of teaching at all levels with the mentality of "newborn calves are not afraid of tigers".

Competition activities, take this opportunity not only to learn the teaching skills of experienced teachers, but also to exercise themselves. Later, with the mentality of "high skill and boldness", he was invited to other towns and villages to give demonstration classes and guide young teachers on the spot. 20xx 1 1 month, participated in the county-wide new curriculum reform primary school Chinese quality class competition and won the first prize. Over the years, I have learned from theory, guided classroom practice with theory, reflected on my own teaching in practice, and constantly summed up my own teaching.

Experience has formed its own unique teaching personality and style. I actively undertake some teaching and scientific research projects in our school. In the process of implementing national curriculum, local curriculum and school-based curriculum, I volunteered and bravely shouldered the heavy burden to become the backbone of the new curriculum reform. Starting from 20xx, I went deep into the classroom, combined with my own teaching practice, wrote a teaching design and published it in Jinping Education. The teaching design of "Magic Water" written by 20xx and "Friendly Disabled People" written by 20 12 were both selected as second prizes by Guizhou Institute of Educational Science and Guizhou Education Association.
