September 2024. According to official website of Songyuan Education Bureau, the new campus of Guo Qian No.5 Middle School started construction in June 2022. By July 28, 2023, the main construction of the teaching building and the comprehensive building has been completed, and the internal and external decoration works are under way. Dormitories, canteens, lecture halls and civil air defense projects are under construction. Combined with the progress of the project and the actual site construction, the new campus of Guo Qian No.5 Middle School will be completed in September 2024 and moved into the new campus.
