Is Hainan Veterans Service Association a non-profit organization?
Hainan Veterans' Service Association is a social security service research group, an innovative service platform for the integration of production and education for veterans in China, which is jointly established by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Emergency Support and the Department of Veterans' Affairs. In order to adapt to the transformation practice of project achievements, it was jointly initiated by large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises such as China Construction Group Corporation, China Railway Group Corporation, China Energy Group Corporation, Ziguang Intelligent Group Corporation and Zhuorui Education Investment Company, as well as units and individuals who are interested in providing services for the security of retired soldiers inside and outside Hainan Province. Approved by Hainan Provincial Civil Affairs Department.

The Association does not charge any fees to its members. By effectively integrating external resources, voluntary donations from enterprises and individuals, socialized operation, etc., and relying on the life-long security base for retired soldiers, industrial assistance funds and entrepreneurial services, it builds a life-long security system for retired soldiers with self-hematopoietic function in Hainan Province.
