A total of 23 people participated in this internal training. Let's study these 23 people first:
First, the age difference. The youngest is Ma Zhigang's son, 18 years old; There are several people in their twenties; Most of them are between 30 and 40 years old; There are also people who are close to 50 years old, and the age span is very large. There is no doubt that this is a mixed-age class.
Second, the level is poor. Some students are familiar with boxing routines, and Tai Chi leg skills have achieved initial results; Some are zero-based; Others are in between. Take students for example, that is to say, some students have reached the junior high school level, and some students are illiterate.
Thirdly, there must be differences in learning ability.
If it were you, how would you teach in this class?
On the first night of training, Teacher Liu sent a notice in the WeChat group.
Kunming Fuxi Tai Chi Winter Training Regiment:
A group of eight people. Coach: Solan, Sarah Wang; Team leader; Ma Zhigang; Members: Wang Leyan, Qiu Chenjun, Chen Yongjun, Ning Chaojun and Lin Qingquan.
The second group, seven people. Coach: Zhang Qi; Team leader: Li Lihong; Members: Chen, Yuan Jia, Zhan Cuihua, Li Jianjuan.
Three groups of eight people. Coach: Wang Liying; Team leader: Jiang Lai; Members: Gao, Chen Mingjian, Li Gang, Wei Wei, Li Yi,
This classification deserves careful study.
A group of members are all old students of Fuxi Taiji, and they have done well in the 20 16 Taiji test. Soran and sara wong are coaches, leading everyone to learn new content Tai Chi Pushers.
The second group is mainly the members of the second echelon of Kunming Fuxi Education Team. They have a certain foundation in Tai Ji Chuan, and the excellent teacher Zhang Qi is the coach, adjusting and improving their boxing.
The third group is mainly students from all over the world who are close to zero foundation, and Wang Liying, who has rich teaching experience in Tai Ji Chuan, is the coach.
The coaches are four women from Kunming Fuxi Team, all of whom have rich teaching experience in Tai Ji Chuan.
Team leaders are role models and leaders of each group.
This training lasts for five days.
I get up at 5: 30 every morning, and it is still dark. I only heard a bang downstairs-Tai Chi legs are very penetrating-and everyone started kicking. Hard-working students can keep playing for two hours until 7: 45-breakfast time.
After breakfast, at eight o'clock, Mr. Liu came out from home and had tea in the teahouse in the corridor. Three or five students sat together, and Teacher Liu asked everyone to have tea and chat. Everyone asked this and that, and soon everyone was full.
At half past eight, class begins. Teacher Liu didn't teach us how to push hands, but talked about a theme, Kan Kan.
It will involve the mysterious universe, life, life, family, career and other things that are closely related to us, and of course, the most wonderful anecdotes in Wulin.
I was particularly moved by one detail. Teacher Liu repeatedly said: I especially respect those who are teachers. You are all elite teachers of Fuxi Education. I am very happy with you.
After listening to Mr. Liu's lecture with ease and pleasure, let's have a rest and act separately according to the group consciousness.
One group, after boxing warmed up, began to push hands in pairs.
In the second group, compared with the boxing video of Teacher Liu, Teacher Zhang Qi took everyone to elaborate.
Group three, study the boxing frame carefully and practice it repeatedly.
It's about time. Teacher Liu visited each group to cheer for everyone, encourage new students, praise the efforts of the group leader, or give instructions on a certain problem or demonstrate an action.
It should be the first group that makes Mr. Liu pay the most. Teacher Liu wants to familiarize everyone with the technique and posture of pushing hands one by one. The next afternoon, each member's leg skills were tested and instructed.
Today is the third day, let's see what the result is.
The members of the first group are basically familiar with the technique and posture of pushing hands; Surprisingly, in the second group, in the spare time of boxing frame adjustment, team leader Zhang Qi also began to learn to push hands, and some students have achieved initial results; What is more striking is that the three groups have finished learning the whole set of Tai Ji Chuan.
Great, the effect is obvious and the result is excellent. Teacher Liu is very happy.
In the afternoon, all the members of the three groups gathered on the basketball court behind the teaching building. Teacher Liu gave guidance to all the staff on Tai Ji Chuan's leg testing, and explained the methods and essentials of Tai Ji Chuan's leg in detail again, and made a practical demonstration.
Later, Mr. Liu arranged for one group and two groups of members to practice pushing hands. Students who have studied for three days teach students who have just studied for one day and learn through teaching. This is called teaching and learning.
Let's take a look at this learning team. Among the coaches, the longest time to learn boxing is only two years. When Zhang Qi and Wang Liying started to teach boxing, they only studied for a few months. Tai Chi practice has a history of ten years. Can it be taught? But from the current point of view, it is precisely this teacher who has been able to undertake the task of teaching boxing.
Teacher Liu uses Taiji wisdom in teaching, breaks away from conventional methods, finds out everyone's characteristics, and encourages everyone to teach middle school.
This grouping method can give full play to individual abilities and better integrate internal resources. Each group can find a relatively concentrated and stable learning style, which does not interfere with each other and promotes each other.
Imagine, if not, how tired it would be to face 23 people with different levels and ages! Three days, can you achieve today's effect?
Ladies and gentlemen, there is something worth learning-the teaching method of mixed-age classes.
In front of Mr. Liu, we are not only students and disciples, but also the most important identity-teachers and teachers of Fuxi Education.
Teacher Liu not only took pains to teach us Tai Chi Kung Fu, but also made a breakthrough in teaching methods while we made progress in Tai Chi Kung Fu. Let's have a good experience these days!
Don't be sentimental and generous, learn from Mr. Liu!
