1. Education Bureau's policies, regulations and scientific research management responsibilities: responsible for the strategic research of national comprehensive education reform and development, and conducting policy research on major issues; Administrative reconsideration of planning and drafting local education regulations. Implement the national language and writing policy, formulate the national language and writing work plan and implementation measures, and conduct macro management and guidance on language and writing work in all walks of life throughout the country.

2. The role of the Office of Education Bureau: responsible for the comprehensive coordination of important party affairs, government affairs and affairs of the bureau; Responsible for drafting the work plan of the Education Bureau, summarizing and synthesizing relevant written materials; Responsible for the organization and arrangement of Party committees, executive meetings, director's office meetings, bureau-level important meetings and the supervision of matters agreed at the meetings; Responsible for the supervision of important matters assigned by superior departments and bureau leaders.

3. The role of the Personnel Department of the Education Bureau: responsible for personnel management, teacher rotation, commendation and rewards, and personnel management system reform in the national education system; Responsible for teacher qualification certification; To be responsible for the appointment, removal and filing of departmental level cadres of bureaus and directly affiliated units; Responsible for the adjustment and management of the establishment of ethnic primary and secondary schools; Responsible for the employment guidance of graduates from normal universities.

4. Responsibilities of the Finance Department of the Education Bureau: Work with relevant departments to formulate relevant policies and regulations on the management and financing of education funds; Statistics and monitoring the implementation of national education funds and plans; Manage and supervise the use of all kinds of special funds allocated by the state, the province and the state, as well as education loans, education fund-raising, donations, teacher incentive funds and other projects.
