1, Hunan Shaobei Dubbing Competition is a provincial competition, which is jointly organized by Hunan Education TV Station, Hunan Children's Channel and Hunan Education Audio-visual Electronic Publishing House. It is the only competition recognized by Hunan Provincial Department of Education.

2. Shaoxiang Cup dubbing competition is open to primary school students in the province, regardless of grade or school, so that every child has the opportunity to show his oral English.
