Lecture education is the most commonly used and effective form of mental health education in primary schools. Through lectures, teachers introduce the basic knowledge of psychology, the concept of mental health, the principles of mental health, the code of conduct of mental health, how to correctly understand themselves, how to understand their emotions, how to adjust their bad emotions, how to control their emotions, and how to deal with stress, so as to improve students' mental health knowledge level.
(2) Experiential education
Experiential education is a form of education based on physical feelings and an active education. Through practical activities, such as designing psychological edifying courses and holding emotional management practice, children's emotional management ability and stress resistance can be enhanced.
(3) Practical education
Practice education is a form of education based on practice. We can guide students to understand mental health knowledge and solve practical problems by designing questionnaires and carrying out simulation activities, so as to improve their mental health quality.
