You can sprint to the University of Sydney, provided that you brush IELTS higher than others. I think Queensland and New South Wales will do. My buddy changed his major from GPA85 last year with a background of 2 1 1, and finally applied to Sydney and Queensland. I suggest you brush IELTS as soon as possible. If you brush 6.5 to 7, your major will have a relative competitive advantage.
