What should we do to vigorously promote quality education?
A few years ago, quality education was highly respected in the field of education, and it was believed that students could get all-round development through quality education, thus forming a sound personality and more comprehensive ability than exam-oriented education. There is nothing wrong with this conclusion. Quality education is better than exam-oriented education, which is more conducive to educating students.

However, if quality education is applied to specific social situations, it is very difficult to implement quality education, which requires perfect quality education system and balanced allocation of educational resources. Of course, exam-oriented education also needs these conditions, but the conditions needed for quality education are even more demanding.

In modern society, no country can really have a mature quality education system, and no country can really realize quality education. Real quality education does not exclude the theory of scores, but will attach importance to scores. Some developed societies have made many wrong demonstrations on the road of carrying out quality education, and their social elites all come from elite education (stricter exam-oriented education). However, some people who have received the so-called quality education have poor conditions. They didn't get enough general education in their youth, and they didn't have the ability of dialectical thinking, which became an unstable factor in society, and they were very easy to be used by people with ulterior motives, which became a public hazard and was not conducive to social development.

Therefore, the implementation of quality education must be based on the level of social development and not against educational equity, in order to play this role. Otherwise, it is better to take exam-oriented education, at least from the perspective of educational equity, which is the only feasible method at present.

To sum up, now is not the time to consider whether to carry out quality education, but to focus on how to promote educational equity and improve the examination-oriented education system.

First, focus on the implementation of physical training and labor training programs, increase the proportion of "physical training" assessment, implement "physical training" assessment, and improve the educational technology of "physical training". In line with the guiding principle of trial implementation, observe the educational effect, gradually adjust the best way, and then carry out the next quality education.
