Bayuquan District, alias Yingkou Economic and Technological Development Zone. Bayuquan District is located in the middle of Liaodong Peninsula, on the east bank of Liaodong Bay, 52 kilometers south of Yingkou. Bayuquan District belongs to Yingkou City, Liaoning Province, with a total area of 289.85 square kilometers. By February 2022, 16, there will be three sub-district offices and three towns in the whole region. By the end of 2020, the permanent population of Bayuquan District is 54 1 1 13. By the end of 2020, the regional GDP of Bayuquan District will actually reach 37 billion yuan. Bayuquan District is the closest and most convenient sea passage in the hinterland of Northeast China, and Yingkou Port, one of the top ten coastal ports in China, is located here. On September 8th, 20021year, it was selected into the pilot list of distributed photovoltaic development on roofs of counties (cities, districts) in China by the Comprehensive Department of National Energy Administration.
