Zhangjiagang No.1 Vocational High School is the previous name. After the name change, the majors of the school have changed. Now the full name is Zhangjiagang Vocational High School.

Zhangjiagang Vocational Education Center School in Jiangsu Province is the first batch of national key vocational schools in Zhangjiagang City. 1980 established classes, 1984 established schools, 1988 established national key vocational schools, 1994 established zhangjiagang secondary specialized schools, 1996 established the first batch of national key vocational high schools, and 1998 established the first batch of provincial vocational center schools.
