In the activity of "law enters the enterprise", the company always runs through the advanced culture of the enterprise and adheres to "people-oriented, giving people benefits and giving people the future". Township governments pay close attention to organization and leadership, establish a long-term mechanism for law to enter the community, clarify work responsibilities, and improve legal publicity, grassroots legal services, legal aid and other work measures. Organize them to concentrate on studying civil procedure law, economic contract law, company law, labor law and other laws and regulations and socialist market economy legal knowledge readers. Improve the ability of enterprise managers to operate according to law through training and learning. ④ Pay attention to the legal education of teenagers. According to the educational characteristics of teenagers, it mainly focuses on strengthening the law-abiding concept of primary and secondary school students. All primary schools in the township have set up legal courses to study the Constitution, the National Emblem Law, the Compulsory Education Law, the Law on the Protection of Minors and so on. They also employ people from judicial offices and police stations as vice presidents of legal system, and often teach students relevant legal knowledge. Deepen the legal education of primary school students, and then change the school spirit and improve the quality of young students. Carry out regular publicity and education on the legal system for social teenagers, organize legal knowledge study, discuss and understand the ideological and political work of teenagers, and persist in doing a good job of "helping and educating" young people who have lost their feet, thus saving a large number of young people who have lost their feet. ⑤ Pay attention to the legal education of released prisoners. In the process of popularizing the law during the Fifth Five-Year Plan, the township party committee government attached great importance to the establishment of "democratic villages ruled by law" and "safe units", focusing on the judicial office, and with the cooperation of villages and units, in recent years, a total of "democratic villages ruled by law" 10, "peace village" 10 and "safe units" were built at the county level. * * Township was rated as "Safe Township" by the county party committee and government.

Therefore, we attach great importance to the combination of learning and application in the Fifth Five-Year Plan, gradually promote governance according to law, and create a good legal environment for economic development and various undertakings.
The first is to promote the comprehensive management of social security. One of the purposes of popularizing law is to promote the comprehensive management of social security and the stability of the overall social situation. To this end, we regard the education of popularizing law as the basis of comprehensive management of social security. First, enrich and adjust the legal training and education of village-level mediation cadres, improve their professional quality, and let them go deep into the front line to solve problems by explaining cases. In order to strengthen legal governance and publicity, and combine publicity activities with special rectification work, over the past few years, we have formulated and improved various programs according to the outstanding practical problems reflected by the masses, effectively removing social unrest and various social disturbances. Compared with the "fourth five-year plan" period, the number of public security cases in the township has decreased year by year, and no vicious cases have occurred. The "Fifth Five-Year Plan" in our township has achieved remarkable results.
