Those who sign up for the Level 2 Interpretation Examination can choose two professional examinations, namely consecutive interpretation and simultaneous interpretation, according to their own situation. Those who apply for two-level consecutive interpretation will take the comprehensive interpretation ability and interpretation practice (consecutive interpretation) exam. Those who apply for secondary simultaneous interpretation will take the exams of "Comprehensive Interpretation Ability" and "Interpretation Practice (Simultaneous Interpretation)".
Those who have passed the two-level consecutive interpretation examination and obtained the certificate may take the interpretation practice (simultaneous interpretation) examination without taking the comprehensive ability of interpretation.
Postgraduates majoring in translation who have not obtained the second-level or above translation professional qualification (level) certificate before entering school must take the second-level interpretation or translation professional qualification (level) examination during their school days, and can be exempted from taking the comprehensive ability subject and only take the interpretation practice or translation practice examination.
