After the suspension of performance, if the other party fails to restore its performance ability within a reasonable period of time and fails to provide appropriate guarantee, it shall be deemed that it has failed to perform its main debt by its own actions, and the party that suspends performance may terminate the contract and require the other party to bear the liability for breach of contract.
