1, regulations on continuing education of first-class builders
The first-class constructor needs continuing education every year, and the registration certificate and practicing seal are valid for 3 years. In each registration period, the first-class construction engineer must meet the requirements of continuing education stipulated by the competent construction department of the State Council before applying for renewal of registration.
First-class registered professional construction engineers shall participate in continuing education for no less than 120 hours per registration cycle, including 60 hours of compulsory courses and 60 hours of elective courses. Registered two or more majors, each additional major should also participate in 60 hours of continuing education in the added major, including 30 hours of compulsory courses and 30 hours of elective courses.
Registered architects who engage in the following work and obtain corresponding certificates within the validity period of each registration can be regarded as part of the elective courses of continuing education. Within the validity period of each registration, the cumulative hours of continuing education elective courses shall not exceed 60 hours.
The continuing education of the first-class constructor has not been cancelled. At this stage, continuing education only needs training organized by employers, which is relatively easy. Time can be separated and used on weekends, which is a great good news for candidates.
2. How to modify the first-class constructor registration unit?
If the registered unit of the first-class construction engineer changes, it may apply for change. If an enterprise changes its name after completing the real-name certification in the "national first-class and first-class temporary construction engineer registration management system", it can be changed to a new enterprise name after being approved by the provincial registration center.
Re-registration of first-class construction engineer and change of registration of other engineers cannot be declared at the same time. You need to apply for the change registration of other branches first, and then apply for the re-registration of the first-class constructor after changing to a new employer.
If the original certificate has been registered in one enterprise, and now the first-class builder wants to register in another enterprise, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development can easily find inconsistencies through database information comparison during the audit, so it will not pass.
