In order to introduce a group of high-quality, highly educated, professional and young education professionals and cultivate "famous teachers" and "famous principals" for Nanchang education in the future, through research, it is decided that Central South University will introduce 2023 outstanding university graduates to enrich the primary and secondary school teachers directly under Nanchang. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

First, introduce the target and plan.

Target of introduction: 2023 graduates with master's degree or above.

Introduction plan: The subjects involved in the introduction of educational professionals in schools directly under Nanchang are: advanced Chinese, advanced mathematics, advanced English, advanced physics, advanced chemistry, advanced biology, advanced politics, advanced history, advanced geography, advanced physical education, advanced music, advanced art, advanced information technology and advanced mental health.

Second, the registration conditions

1.2023 Obtained master's (doctoral) degree and degree certificate in that year; If graduation is postponed due to reasons such as graduation thesis defense, the time for doctoral and master students to obtain corresponding graduation certificates and degree certificates can be extended to February 65438+3 1 2023. Before graduation, you need to obtain the teacher qualification certificate of the corresponding level discipline required by the post, and the teacher qualification certificate you hold can be a teacher at the same level or below.

2. Have People's Republic of China (PRC) nationality; Support the Constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC), the leadership of China and the socialist system; Have good political quality and moral conduct; Have the physical conditions and psychological quality to perform their duties normally.

During the period of school, I shall not be disciplined for violating the law and discipline.

Third, introduce the procedure.

(1) Registration recommendation

1. Online forecast name. Qualified graduates log on to the ncjyj.zhaopin.com website to enter the online registration system, download and fill in the "Recommended Registration Form for Introducing Education Professionals in Nanchang in 2023".

Party organizations in colleges and departments of colleges and universities conduct preliminary qualification examination on applicants, affix the official seal of the party organizations in colleges and departments after examination, and the applicants scan or take photos to upload the registration recommendation form to the registration website. The online forecast time is from 9: 00 on October 25th, 20221October 30th, 2022 1 17. The online forecast needs the following materials: the recommendation form for the introduction of educational professionals in Nanchang in 2023; My ID card and student ID card; My teacher qualification certificate or personal commitment to obtain the teacher qualification certificate; My award certificate, etc.

Graduates who are unable to participate in the interview and assessment of the fixed-point introduction in this university area for personal reasons may participate in the interview and assessment of the fixed-point introduction in other areas. Graduates who have participated in the fixed-point introduction interview assessment in this university area will not participate in the interview assessment in other areas.

2. Online qualification examination. Conduct online qualification examination for those who have passed the online forecast. Online qualification examination will be fed back to the school employment guidance service center in time, and applicants can log in to the registration system to inquire about individual qualification examination.

Accept on-site registration when attending school, and add the online forecast name at the same time. Qualification examination runs through the whole process of import work.

(2) Interview evaluation

Candidates can only apply for the introduction plan position of the school directly under Nanchang Education Bureau after passing the online qualification examination; Post plan, post selection time, requirements and process will be notified separately. Before the interview, the qualifications of the candidates will be reviewed on the spot. Candidates are required to bring the original and photocopy of the materials uploaded by the online forecast name during the on-site qualification review, and the interview assessment will be conducted directly after the qualification review is passed. Interview assessment is mainly conducted in the form of on-site interviews, and online interviews can also be organized as appropriate, mainly focusing on political quality, growth experience, majors studied, school performance, rewards and punishments, and ability characteristics. The interview and assessment place is located in Hunan Normal University (or nearby), and the specific time and place will be notified separately.

The interview assessment adopts the percentage system, and each interview assessment team ranks the candidates from high to low according to their interview assessment results and the positions they apply for, and determines the finalists.

(3) signing an agreement

After passing the interview and examination, a tripartite employment agreement will be signed on the spot, and the agreement will be provided by the graduates themselves.

(4) Physical examination and political examination

After graduation, the imported educational professional and technical personnel will be notified by the employing unit to report for duty, and the imported personnel will provide their ID cards, graduation certificates, degree certificates and other related materials, and their files will be forwarded by colleges and universities. The employing unit shall organize the talents to be introduced to the third-class first-class hospital for physical examination. The physical examination standard refers to the "Measures for Physical Examination of the Qualification of Primary and Secondary School Teachers in Jiangxi Province". Those who pass the physical examination will be publicized in the employment guidance service center of colleges and universities and Nanchang Education Information Network for 5 working days. If the medical examination fails, the referral relationship will be automatically terminated and the tripartite agreement will be returned to me.

The political review of the educational professional and technical personnel to be introduced by the employing unit is mainly conducted in the form of inspecting departments or consulting student status files to fully understand their ideological and political performance, moral quality, academic performance, rewards and punishments, etc.

Four. Guaranteed treatment

1. Go through the first part. Professional and technical personnel in education are included in the real-name system management of institutions fully funded by the municipal education system, and the employing unit shall go through the entry formalities according to the regulations, and implement the probation system, with a minimum service life of not less than 5 years (including the probation period).

2. Living allowance. In order to encourage college graduates to stay in Nanchang for employment, according to Nanchang's "10 talent" policy, doctors and masters are given a one-time living allowance of 50,000 yuan and 30,000 yuan.

3. Management training. Pay attention to the cultivation of education professionals, implement the "tutorial system", and the employing school selects key teachers as tutors to help each other in pairs.
