Some views on improving the quality of Chinese teaching in vocational middle schools
1 Change ideas and re-establish the position of Chinese teaching in vocational education.

First of all, teachers should have a fundamental change in their educational concept. They can no longer simply regard Chinese as an ordinary basic course, but should regard Chinese teaching as an important means to cultivate and improve students' cultural quality and social life ability. Teachers' functions can't stop at preaching, teaching and dispelling doubts. Teachers should be the promoters and organizers of students' effective learning. The foothold of teaching should shift from "teachers and knowledge" to "students' development" and from "teaching" to "learning". In addition to preparing textbooks, students should also be prepared. Vigorously advocate independent, cooperative and inquiry learning methods to promote the formation of students' ability. Secondly, in the vocational secondary school stage, not only can we not weaken the moral education function of Chinese teaching, but we should also give students more direct moral education by strengthening Chinese teaching on the eve of students entering the society. From the perspective of students, there should be a fundamental change in the concept of learning Chinese. We can't study Chinese as pure knowledge as before, but should pay more attention to acquiring things other than knowledge through Chinese classes.

2. Clear objectives and establish a scientific and reasonable Chinese curriculum system in middle schools.

The author thinks that the Chinese curriculum in vocational middle schools should focus on comprehensiveness, socialization, life and practicality, and strive to achieve three goals: first, to cultivate and improve students' language expression ability, social communication ability and common style writing ability; The second is to cultivate students' literary appreciation ability and promote the improvement of their self-cultivation; Thirdly, we should strengthen humanities education, develop students' personalities and teach them how to be human. Therefore, we must boldly adjust the structure of teaching materials, delete repeated and neglected course contents, increase selected reading materials, and expand students' reading volume and knowledge to meet the requirements of market economy for cultivating students.

Specifically, Chinese teachers in higher vocational colleges should do a good job in three aspects: dismantling, supplementing and establishing. "Dismantling" means adjusting teaching materials according to students' foundation and needs, and deleting complex, difficult, biased and outdated contents. The author thinks that most vocational college students enter the society as skilled workers, and few people are engaged in the research of theory, especially ancient books. Higher vocational students can recite a certain number of excellent poems and famous articles as long as they can read simple classical Chinese with the help of reference books. In addition, language teaching in vocational colleges should also downplay grammar and rhetoric teaching. "Make-up" refers to making up some necessary Chinese knowledge and ability that students did not master in the nine-year compulsory education stage. "Li" refers to the establishment of a scientific and reasonable Chinese curriculum system in middle schools.

3 from model to randomized teaching methods

The quality of students in secondary vocational schools is uneven, and many students have weak awareness of classroom discipline and bad behavior habits. Therefore, teachers need to spend more time and energy on organization and management in classroom teaching, and the teaching progress will inevitably be affected. It is not easy for teachers to complete teaching tasks within the specified time, and they often don't have much time, energy and thoughts to consider teaching methods. Moreover, some teachers worry that students may make a hullabaloo about when they ask questions and discuss in class, and the whole class will be noisy, wasting time and affecting teaching. And I think the students in secondary vocational schools have a poor foundation. Anyway, they know nothing, can't ask anything, and can't discuss any results. Therefore, the Chinese class in secondary vocational schools basically adopts a single "indoctrination method", and students passively accept book knowledge. Imagine how such a Chinese class can be welcomed by students.

The author believes that in order to make the Chinese classroom in secondary vocational schools full of vitality, it is necessary to reform the teaching methods. Teaching has the law, but teaching cannot. The important thing is to get the law. Only practical teaching methods are desirable. With the development and changes of many teaching factors, we must flexibly use the optimal teaching methods in teaching. For example, in the teaching of philosophical prose, we can try to inspire students by giving similar examples, so as to make the abstract concrete and the abstruse easy, thus mobilizing students' thinking and stimulating their active thirst for knowledge. For another example, in the teaching of novels and dramas, we can create situations for students to participate in performances, guide students to perform instead of explaining and analyzing, make classroom teaching serious and playful, and let students experience the joy of learning. In short, only innovative, diverse and flexible teaching methods can effectively stimulate students' new exploration activities and keep them highly focused and eager for knowledge.

4. Implementing composition teaching to improve the composition quality of higher vocational students.

For the current quality of students in higher vocational colleges, composition teaching can be said to be a good form of composition teaching in order to effectively improve their composition quality. Practice has proved that composition has played a great role in cultivating students' interest in writing, turning bitterness into pleasure and turning me into a text.

Counseling should be given before and after writing. Pay attention to counseling before writing. There are three taboos in writing counseling: avoid letting students write unfamiliar things; Avoid exceeding students' understanding level; Avoid drawing too small and too specific a frame, which fetters students' thinking. Emphasize that the content is unlimited, informal, and expressed with it, and the length is uncertain. According to the actual situation of students of different grades and new and old students, exchange and comment in class by reciting excellent compositions, posting model essays and circulating them to each other. After repeated communication, students will have a perceptual knowledge of the composition, and the perceptual knowledge will rise to rational knowledge many times.

At the same time, we should combine every communication and make targeted comments. For students who are not good at selecting materials, we should focus on capturing the most touching details in life; In view of the generalization of the concept, it is different and unique; In view of the poor thinking of students, talk about where the inspiration comes from; In view of the disorder of the structural level, it is necessary to organize ideas and clarify the context ... Every comment should be focused and targeted. After writing, the communication and comments are more helpful to solve the practical problems encountered by students in thesis writing, which is very effective.
