Responsible for the education and teaching management of primary and secondary schools, kindergartens, vocational schools, adult culture and technology schools and community schools in the whole region; To study and formulate the school network adjustment plan in the whole region and organize its implementation; Responsible for the examination and approval of the establishment, cancellation and adjustment of schools at all levels (including kindergartens and adult education schools); Assist relevant departments to do a good job in combining agriculture with education.
