Mao Jiechu was born at 1968+00 in Zhecheng County, Henan Province. Mao Jie has no background and was born in a very ordinary family. /kloc-0 joined China in April 1988, and/kloc-0 joined the work in August 1990. Tsinghua University holds a postgraduate degree, holds a doctorate in education, and is an expert enjoying special government allowance from the State Council.
