First, the new student registration (naturalization)
1. Candidate registration time: from 9:00 on February 7, 2023 to 02:00 on 14.
Deadline for candidates to modify information: February 2023 14 15:00.
Deadline for city and state registration examination: February 2023 14, 17:00.
2. Candidates who register for the first time (naturalization) must log in to "zikao.hneao.cn/net/" (hereinafter referred to as "self-service system") at the specified time to register for naturalization (see the naturalization operation guide for freshmen in April 2023 for details).
3. Our province will not accept new candidates who are not registered in this province. If the household registration personnel from other provinces who have worked and studied in our province for a long time need to take the exam in our province, they shall provide the following documents when registering:
(1) Candidates from other provinces who are studying in colleges and secondary vocational schools in our province are required to provide the electronic registration record form of the academic certificate of the Ministry of Education and the online verification report of the student status of the Ministry of Education.
(2) Candidates from other provinces who have worked in our province for a long time are required to provide their work certificates and the "Personal Insurance Certificate" issued by the social security management department of our province (requiring payment for more than 3 months).
(3) Active servicemen stationed in Hunan must use the resident ID number for registration, and must hold a military security card and valid military documents (including military officer's card, police officer's card, civilian cadre's card and soldier's card).
Second, online application.
1. Online registration time: 9:00 on February 15, 2023 to February 24 17:00, which is divided into two stages.
The first stage is 9:00- 17:00 on February 5. The self-service system will first default to candidates who take the exam at the test center set up in the city and state where they are naturalized for the first time. Candidates who still live or work in the city or state where they are naturalized can apply directly in the self-service system, otherwise they can only apply online in the second stage.
The second stage is from 9:00 on February 2 1 Sunday to 7: 00 on February 241Sunday. Candidates can apply in the nearest city or state where they currently live or work. Candidates are advised not to apply across provinces, cities and States.
2. For majors with pre-qualification and registration requirements, candidates must comply with the provisions of the Hunan Higher Education Self-taught Examination Professional Plan (20 16 Edition) when registering. Candidates who register for each major log in to the self-service system at the specified time and pay the registration examination fee online. Online payment must be completed before 2 1: 00 on the day of registration. Late registration is deemed as giving up the registration on the same day. The sign of candidates' success in applying for the exam is that the paid status of the courses reported is displayed as "paid".
3. Candidates can choose the test area (hereinafter referred to as the "test area") according to the supply of test sites in cities and counties (cities, districts), and only choose the same test area to apply for all courses that can be taken at that time. The contact mobile phone and mailing address confirmed by candidates when they apply for the exam will serve as an important channel for self-study examination management institutions at all levels to contact candidates in the current exam. Candidates must carefully check to ensure that the information is accurate, and the consequences caused by filling in the wrong or filling in other people's mobile phone numbers shall be borne by the candidates themselves. Candidates must also carefully check whether the selected examination area and the courses reported are correct. After the registration course is confirmed by the candidates and paid online successfully, the registration course cannot be added, reduced or modified, and the registration fee will not be refunded. Candidates must log in to the self-taught examination management system again after paying the fee to check whether the payment status is displayed as "paid". If you have any questions, you should contact the municipal and state self-study examination management institutions in time. Candidates should try to avoid applying for courses and paying fees when the application time is about to close, so as not to miss the application and paying fees due to power failure, network congestion and other reasons.
4. Candidates must bring their ID card and Admission Ticket-Examination Notice when taking the exam. The Admission Ticket-Notice of Examination is downloaded and printed by candidates from the self-service system within one week before the examination. Candidates' names used in the exam must always be exactly the same as those on their ID cards. If the identity information (name, gender, ID number, etc. ) does not match the actual use, you must apply to modify your identity information before you can enter the exam, otherwise you can't enter the examination room to take the exam.
Third, the examination time and theoretical course arrangement
1. The examination time will be arranged on April 15 and June 16, 2023, with the examination time in the morning from 9: 00 to1:30 and the examination time in the afternoon from 14: 30 to/kloc.
2. For the theoretical courses and teaching materials of this professional examination, candidates can inquire about the curriculum arrangement and teaching material catalogue of Hunan higher education self-study examination published by Hunan Education Examinations Institute in April 2023, or log in to the self-service system page to inquire about the examination courses, teaching materials and examination outline of the corresponding courses. If there is any change in the published textbook catalogue and examination outline, our college will release the change information in the self-service system. Fourth, the examination profession and examiner school
Since 20 19, except for a few special majors, all majors in our province have applied for graduation certificates according to the corresponding new professional names and codes in the Catalogue of Higher Education Self-taught Examinations (202 1) issued by the Ministry of Education. See table 1 for the majors (undergraduate level) and table 2 for the majors (specialist level) of the self-taught higher education examination in Hunan province.
V. Registration restrictions and special professional registration matters
1. For restricted majors such as medicine and law, candidates must meet the requirements of Hunan Higher Education Self-taught Examination Professional Plan (version 20 16) when applying for the exam.
2. Because there are many examination contents and high requirements in practical links such as art education, mechanical design, manufacturing and automation, candidates need to attend classes organized by the examiner school, and the examiner school takes the form of registration for training. New candidates applying for this major need to contact the examiner's school. Candidates can apply through the self-service system after the examiners register uniformly to generate the test number.

Six, practical design courses, practice and graduation examination related matters
The practical design courses (practical design assessment), practical links and graduation links set in the examination plans of various majors are organized and implemented by the examiner school.
1. Starting from the second half of 2022, the examination of practice design course for self-study examination of higher education in Hunan Province shall be carried out with reference to the relevant provisions of the Interim Measures for the Exemption of Self-study Examination of Higher Education in Hunan Province and the Recognition of Course Credits, that is, the score of practice design course = the score of unified examination of self-study examination ×60%+ the score of practice design examination × 40%. Some results of practical design assessment are reported by the relevant examiner school according to the regulations. See Table 4 for the catalogue of practical design courses.
2. The registration time and method of practical design courses, practical courses and graduation courses are the same as those of theoretical courses, and social candidates must register at the local city and state registration points. The examination of practical design and application of the practical link of the registered candidates is implemented by the corresponding examiner school. Candidates can consult the specific examination course arrangement, examination time, place and other relevant requirements through the website or telephone of the school where the examiner is located within one week after entering the examination. Candidates who need to participate in assessment training or need the guidance of a tutor, please contact the examiner's school directly.
3. All candidates who apply for practical courses (except for separate practical courses) must obtain qualified results in the theoretical examination of the same course.
4. Candidates applying for graduation thesis, graduation examination, graduation practice, clinical practice, clinical examination, production practice and other graduation courses must pass all theoretical courses and other practical courses specified in the professional examination plan.
5. Candidates who apply for clinical practice and clinical assessment of nursing (specialist) major will arrange clinical practice for three months in the first half of 2023, and those who pass the examination will participate in clinical assessment in the second half of 2023. The specific date will be determined by the examiner school. Candidates who are exempt from clinical examination (see the professional examination plan for conditions) are announced by the school where the examiner is located. No examinee can be exempted from clinical trials.
6. Candidates who participate in practical design courses (practical design assessment) and practical course assessment must bring their resident ID cards and certificates that meet the requirements of the examiner's school. See Table 5 for the arrangement of internship assessment and graduation assessment.
Seven, social candidates, that is, students who have not participated in the self-study examination classes of higher education in our province (including amateur classes and full-time classes), can voluntarily sign up for the corresponding courses of network assistance. Candidates can log on to the "Self-study Policy and Related Notices" page of the "Self-help System" to view the "Notice on Relevant Matters Concerning Online Student Aid and Course Process Assessment for Social Candidates" to learn about specific matters.
Eight, charging standards
The charging standard for the self-study examination of higher education in our province is strictly in accordance with the Notice of Hunan Provincial Department of Finance of Hunan Provincial Development and Reform Commission on Printing and Distributing the Items and Standards of Administrative Fees in the Education System of the whole province (No.[20 18]53 1).
Nine, regardless of whether there are places for self-study exams in our province, candidates can participate in local higher education self-study exams outside our province within the time stipulated by the state. The qualified scores of subjects with the same course name and the same course code can be transferred to our province through the management platform of higher education self-study examination of the Ministry of Education. When applying for graduation, candidates can apply for graduation in our province as long as they have obtained at least 5 qualified scores in the self-study exam of the same major in our province or at least 4 qualified scores in the undergraduate course (excluding exemption, practice links and papers), and the adjusted subjects and the number of courses meet the requirements.
X. Matters related to the suspension of professional examinations
According to the requirements of the Notice of the National Higher Education Self-taught Examination Steering Committee on Stopping Examinations, our province stopped accepting the registration of new candidates in the Catalogue of Supplementary Professions for Continuing Education in Higher Education from July 1 2022. The professional examination courses that are still in the above majors are scheduled to end in the second half of 2025. Candidates who stop taking exams in our province can choose to transfer to other majors in our province to continue their studies. Qualified courses with the same course code and course name as the transferred major do not need re-examination, and the graduation application of the transferred major must meet the graduation requirements of the transferred major. See Table 6 for details of suspended majors.
XI。 Other preventive measures
1. The examiner's school should make the publicity content true and accurate in releasing the publicity information of self-taught examination, developing student organization, teaching and training, student management, etc., and make clear the specialty, education level, professional training plan, cooperative aid institutions, charging standards, certificate categories and certification methods one by one. Any form of false, deceptive or misleading propaganda is strictly prohibited. Examination schools must strictly implement the provisions of the Ministry of Education and the requirements of our province to register for the examination, and may not organize students in violation of regulations in other provinces.

At present, the majors offered by the self-taught examination in our province are divided into two levels: junior college and undergraduate course. College level is suitable for high school or equivalent candidates, and undergraduate level is suitable for candidates with college education or above. Candidates should be alert to false websites, false promises and good faith references. In particular, we should be wary of charging registration fees, and promise typical false propaganda such as "no study in class", "quick evidence collection", "no exam" and "no refund". If the illegal intermediary of the above false propaganda is found, it can be reported to the municipal education or industry and commerce, public security and other departments.
