According to the electrical professional code 10KV power distribution room design code: Article 6.2.5 The inner wall of power distribution room, capacitor room and auxiliary room shall be plastered and painted. The ground (building) surface shall be plastered and calendered with high-grade cement. The ceiling of distribution room, transformer room and capacitor room and the inner wall of transformer room should be painted white.

The interior wall should be plastered and painted.

The purpose of plastering and painting
