As a result, physical education teachers have a special liking for "herding sheep", and teachers' laziness psychology is also formed. ② The physical education teachers are weak. Some schools only have 1 ~ 2 official PE teachers, so many classes can't be taken over, so they have to ask non-professional teachers from other disciplines to substitute for them temporarily, and the interlacing is like a mountain. The organization of all kinds of teaching methods, the adjustment of formation and the demonstration of movements can't reach the standard, which leads to "herding sheep". Their bodies are not fully exercised, their learning methods are not effectively mastered, and their lifelong sports concept is not cultivated. Safety accidents may also occur in the teaching of "herding sheep". Due to insufficient understanding of physical education class, loose classroom management and weak safety awareness, many shocking casualties have occurred. Many realistic examples tell us that "herding sheep" is really unacceptable. One of physical education class's learning goals is emotional goal, which requires cultivating students' good psychological quality, hard-working spirit and noble ideology and morality. To achieve these goals, can "teaching sheep" be realized? Can students get all-round development? Teaching and educating people is a teacher's bounden duty. Will these practices help to improve physical education teachers' organizational ability, control students' ability, and let students master 2-3 special skills? According to the newly revised curriculum standard, physical education and health course is a compulsory course with physical exercise as the main means, physical education and health knowledge and skills as the main learning content, and improving the health of primary and secondary school students as the main purpose.
