Dear teachers, parents and classmates: Hello everyone!

I am _ _ _ _ _ _ _'s parents. First of all, I would like to thank the school and teachers for giving me such a good opportunity to stand here and discuss children's growth education with you. I feel very honored and very grateful to all the teachers for their meticulous care for my children. The school attaches importance to family education, which gives each of our parents an extra responsibility. The teachers in the school devoted their love and efforts to each of our children, which moved our parents very much. Therefore, as a parent, I understand and support the teacher's work, and also cooperate with the teacher to educate the children. I believe many parents here do better than me in educating their children. I'm ashamed to say that I haven't done enough to educate my children, and there are still many omissions. Below, I will briefly talk about my feelings and encourage parents.

1. As a parent, I think it is very important to urge and encourage children to study. After urging and encouraging, we should cultivate children's awareness of learning, let them know that learning is their own business, not for parents and teachers, and let them know the importance of "I want to learn" rather than "I want to learn". Only by taking the initiative to learn, children will finish their daily learning tasks seriously and in time. Seriously supervise and urge strict homework every day and correct your mistakes.

Let the children know that everyone can make progress through their own efforts!

Second, give more encouragement to children. I often tell my children that as long as you try your best, you will be fine. Everyone has a different starting point and can't expect too much from their children. As long as your child works hard, even if he doesn't do well in the exam, he should be encouraged and don't put too much pressure on him. Now the child is in the growth stage. As parents, we should also understand our children, use less tone of command and more tone of discussion, give them some space to manage themselves, create a good learning environment for them, and let them go into battle lightly.
